    Hey @ViCustomerCare , whatever issues you are having, resolve them before 12.30 pm. IST. This is quite frustrating. The internet is not working at all. I am unable to call anyone. I have an imp task to do at 12.30 pm so please kindly consider resolving this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare Someone named Gayatri called me know asking what is the issue. Id suggest you and your team to research on customers existing complaints, recent ones before calling them. This lady had such a irresponsible and egoistic attitude to not even acknowledge the feedback I gave.

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked same repeatedly questions. 1. Since when ? Ans. Network problem happens any time any day. 2. Location? Ans. Refer previously given. Note: this is not only location specific or since how long. This is matter of continuing the good network services. @TRAI

    🤬 @ViCustomerCare Fix your damn 5G network. Y'all keep hiking recharge prices every other month, don't even offer free data like others, and the network is absolute garbage. At this point, switching to another provider feels like the only option. 🤡
