The reason why #VodafoneIdea customers is migrating to other networks is the video streaming is embarrassing. The loading between videos sucks. This issue needs to be solved to keep users. @ViCustomerCare

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Mark my words, never ever think of switching to #VI Firstly they accept your order, give you false promise of successful placement of order of porting to VI, then reject the order without specifying any reason, and then don't refund the money also

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Even after sharing all the proofs, the so called "Effectively Trained" customer care team says "Porting request can't be made on #VI app." Rather I placement a request on #VI app only. This shows how poorly the employees are trained in this Co.
