    Worst network The internet does not work when needed. The network is full but where does the internet go down? And this is not a problem of one day, it is a daily problem. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, it was resolved, but my service remained suspended for 26 hours; the VI team is responsible for this. Airtel had already provided clearance by 8 o'clock, yet the service was kept off, causing inconvenience to the customer—this is not right.

    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I’m not deleting the number. +919953015328 is being used for marketing calls, which is illegal. Asking customers to remove evidence is not a resolution. Take action and confirm publicly.

    @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹299 recharge on 16-07-2026 and another recharge on 30-07-2026. However, my plan is showing expired today. Why hasn't the queued recharge activated? Please look into this and resolve the issue urgently. #ViHelp #ViCustomerCare
