@ViCustomerCare what do you guys actually want. Now for every smallest of the issue I have to tweet? Your third class CX agents don't understand the issue at all. I am your 11+ year old Postpaid consumer paying bills before time and if you can't fix the issue I think I should just port. I have data issue on my plan but your CX agent did not understand and in a hurry closed my chat. I need my issue fixed, call on my number and fix the issue once and for all
