@ViCustomerCare Hi, with regards to your network complaint no. UPE-V00879618904, we have checked our network strength in your area and have found it optimal. In case you arent satisfied, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days. pls come and check your network worst network ever

@ViCustomerCare My mother lost her phone while visiting me in Canada, and the customer service agent said she had to report the loss in person at a Vodafone store. She won't be back until June. This is ridiculous. Please help!
