    After I come to know that my @Idea @idea_cares Post Paid Number is being migrated to @VodafoneIN Post Paid,I choose to wait for sometime hoping Better Network. But as @Idea @idea_cares & @VodafoneIN promised, I got same Bakwas Network & Call Drops. Time to say goodbye...

    Your network at this location simply is terrible. Signal strength shows full and 4G but still there is no internet and numerous call drops. It's very difficult to work on Vodafone network here. @VodafoneIN @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Vi mobile network down in my area since afternoon. Cant make calls. Unable to use mobile data. Cant reach customer care either. App is also not working. Fix this otherwise we may have to port.

    @ViCustomerCare it’s completely frustrating 😤 I have not been able to use internet for the last 9 days and still no proper solution. I have complained more than 30 times and spoken to customer care 6 times, but there is no update or resolution. 1|2

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @JioCare see all the number 3 to 4 years old but facing network issue and they are not bother to reply me so I want to move total 25 numbers my relative no also what benefits you will be providing tell me then I will plan I am pissed off with Airtel and jio

    @ViCustomerCare ordered the sim online and even paid for the number of my choice and I'm waiting for 2 days . There is no update on the tracking system. It shows an appointment scheduled. While my local customer service said you have to cancel it.

    @ViCustomerCare VI Team, I have recently ported my SIM from JIO to VI. However, your agent Mr. Naushad sitting in Laxminagar Delhi has not processed or credited my first recharge. Due to this issue, I am currently unable to make calls, which is causing significant inconvenience

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India VI’s own roaming SMS alerts showed max 600MB usage, but the final bill reflects 2GB and excess charges. I was told a waiver would be given, then calls went unanswered, stores refused help, and the issue remains unresolved. Please act urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare **** u guys I have just used vi postpaid for 3 extra days after that I ported my sim to jio and today I received 532 rs as postpaid bill **** u i am going to file case against u
