    Your network at this location simply is terrible. Signal strength shows full and 4G but still there is no internet and numerous call drops. It's very difficult to work on Vodafone network here. @VodafoneIN @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare this is how you treat your customers? My number is barred from calls , message and internet from a day. Will you compensate for the loss i bear caused by your slow service. After a month, now you want security deposit.

    Harassed by VI collection agents for the overdue bills of person I have no connection with. This is a mistake of updating wrong alternate number by VI associates entering data @ViCustomerCare .. still awaiting this issue resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I went to one of your store at mahatma Nagar, Nashik to pay post paid bill. I paid Rs 590 and the executive said you would get the receipt via SMS. Its been 2hours no sms. Pathetic and cheap service.
