    Your network at this location simply is terrible. Signal strength shows full and 4G but still there is no internet and numerous call drops. It's very difficult to work on Vodafone network here. @VodafoneIN @TRAI

    After I come to know that my @Idea @idea_cares Post Paid Number is being migrated to @VodafoneIN Post Paid,I choose to wait for sometime hoping Better Network. But as @Idea @idea_cares & @VodafoneIN promised, I got same Bakwas Network & Call Drops. Time to say goodbye...

    @ViCustomerCare I added Rs 39 talk time #vodafoneidea abruptly siphoned off Rs 25 falsely claiming that I hd opted for Contakt Gaming Service leaving me with just Rs 14. Then I made 2 cell calls of a few seconds each and they siphoned off the balance Rs 14. Looks like VI is getting desperate

    @TheUnkn52762387 @ViCustomerCare The issue will be resolved within 72 hours … recorded answer from VI for any complaints … but nobody knows when the countdown starts

    @ViCustomerCare Hi! Our Network engineers worked hard to resolve your complaint no. 3-120675543370, but haven't been able to do so. Whenever I raised port request, support team give false assurance to fix issue and then get this resolution. Paying for poor service

    @ViCustomerCare And train your staff about things VI sells, they even don't know how Voice Mail Service works, circle number mentioned in your website doesn't work, how #trai and #dot is monitoring your action only U & them knows but you put the useryin lurch by charging for VMS not exist
