Your network at this location simply is terrible. Signal strength shows full and 4G but still there is no internet and numerous call drops. It's very difficult to work on Vodafone network here. @VodafoneIN @TRAI

After I come to know that my @Idea @idea_cares Post Paid Number is being migrated to @VodafoneIN Post Paid,I choose to wait for sometime hoping Better Network. But as @Idea @idea_cares & @VodafoneIN promised, I got same Bakwas Network & Call Drops. Time to say goodbye...

Can I do complaint in writing at your store? Then, 1) shall I get it acknowledged by your staff? 2) if your staff denies to give acknowledgement to written application then what is redressal mechanism? @ViCustomerCare Kindly clarify..
