    After I come to know that my @Idea @idea_cares Post Paid Number is being migrated to @VodafoneIN Post Paid,I choose to wait for sometime hoping Better Network. But as @Idea @idea_cares & @VodafoneIN promised, I got same Bakwas Network & Call Drops. Time to say goodbye...

    Your network at this location simply is terrible. Signal strength shows full and 4G but still there is no internet and numerous call drops. It's very difficult to work on Vodafone network here. @VodafoneIN @TRAI

    My maa has a Vi sim and the service is a joke. I've asked her to change providers so many times but she wants to stick to it. @ViCustomerCare is so far back on the caring for the customer scale it makes me furious!!

    @ViNewsOfficial Day 38+ of following up with @ViCustomerCare. Paid for Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration. Shared all proofs. Made 50+ calls. Yet my number remains disconnected and an unnecessary bill was generated. Who owns this issue at Vi? #Vi #ConsumerRights #CustomerService

Either you are scamming people left right and center or you don't know how your collaborators are working. So unprofessional.     I requested removal of the Family Plan from my primary number. Your executive informed me that I would receive a call and then reply to an SMS. I received both, but the SMS does not allow any reply. Kindly resolve this issue and process my request immediately. @ViCustomerCare
