    Your network at this location simply is terrible. Signal strength shows full and 4G but still there is no internet and numerous call drops. It's very difficult to work on Vodafone network here. @VodafoneIN @TRAI

    After I come to know that my @Idea @idea_cares Post Paid Number is being migrated to @VodafoneIN Post Paid,I choose to wait for sometime hoping Better Network. But as @Idea @idea_cares & @VodafoneIN promised, I got same Bakwas Network & Call Drops. Time to say goodbye...

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 1Month, but still my issue is not resolved yet. My Internet is not working. I visit vi customercare store they saying they are also doing Complaint again and again to resolve this issue .but they just saying they Did'nt have any solution regarding Internet not working

    @ViCustomerCare Kindly fix the cross connection of calls. I am facing this issue from 1 year. Today I called my friend and it got connected to unknown person I was able to listen conversation of unknown people. I was not audible to them but I heard them .

    3/N @ViCustomerCare the store guys have the servers down 9 out of 10 times and of no use. What do you expect from people that If they are opting for Vi number they should be dedicatedly following for the nonsense your customer services has to offer.

    @ViCustomerCare Thing is I doubt your speed of your customer service also. If I have confidence on any service provider that they can deliver SIM in few hours and new SIM starts working in a day, I will happily choose that service. I’m wondering if management of these companies tracking SLA.

    @ViCustomerCare Very wrost experience with VI. I am facing internet issue frequently and complaint soo many time but there is no change. Very much low speed internet😤 *Wrost network ever* I decided not to pay bill ........ Very much disappointed 😞 😔 Don't use _VI_ 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

    @ViCustomerCare Sir Please improve your network & locate a new mobile tower in mangdewadi Katraj Pune because there is no range from Anjana reality building to morya dreams building there is no range in this area no indoor & no outdoor network only jio has Range in this Area really improve

    @ViCustomerCare I have deleted my number from time time as you suggested and also send you message. I need only answer for my they have forced me to convert the prepaid no in postpaid to solve the issue. Is it really a right solution for VI store.
