Your network at this location simply is terrible. Signal strength shows full and 4G but still there is no internet and numerous call drops. It's very difficult to work on Vodafone network here. @VodafoneIN @TRAI

After I come to know that my @Idea @idea_cares Post Paid Number is being migrated to @VodafoneIN Post Paid,I choose to wait for sometime hoping Better Network. But as @Idea @idea_cares & @VodafoneIN promised, I got same Bakwas Network & Call Drops. Time to say goodbye...

What scam are you guys pulling @ViCustomerCare ?? Every time I raise a request for esim conversion, the barcode is shared to your back end teams own email id and your customer care team is trying to downplay it. No responsibility whatsoever ever. @TRAI please look into this.

@ViCustomerCare Don't give me excuses fix it by your actions. I am not going to pay any type of charges just to activate my SIM again. It's really cheap that you have gone so down to cheat customer. you guys directly cut off the Sim network from my phone. #WORST at everything.

I have been associated with Vodafone Idea since the days of Orange migrating to Hutch and then Vodafone. If this is the way you treat customers who stay loyal, I have no words to express my discontent. @ViCustomerCare you ought to support VoLTE on all devices. 7/n
