Shame shame shame on you @ViCustomerCare . Your team closed the ticket saying customer is non-contactable. That itself says how bad your network is. All sorts of false promises made by your team, just to show numbers by month/year end.

Finally i got my prepaid sim again thanks to @ViCustomerCare especially mr. Swapnil. But i like to mention some concerns 1) As i was not interested in using a postpaid network still you ported without consent i should not get a bill for this 1 week.
