    @ViCustomerCare Again I lost network again and again why this problem happened, I recharged for 2months unlimited but the network strength and signal is very poor. The speed of network is like 2G why this problem occurred again and again. Please correct it as soon as possible

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by your company. My sim card is on hold since 2 days bcz of some minor address error. Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged my International Roaming pack from India on 10 May 26. The pack is still not active. I have raised a complaint and also sent a mail but there’s no response from your side. Can you suggest what should I do ?

    @ViCustomerCare @_nitink Vodafone is pretty much the dregs! Even the top management does not concern itself with complaints or unhappy customers; that attitude has percolated down to the lower rungs of the ladder! Shame on Abhijit Kishore and Avneesh Khosla!!

    Suddenly since 7pm no mobile network on my phone. Tried every solution mentioned on the net. Buggers at @ViCustomerCare don't even have a functional helpline. Has anyone ever faced such an issue? What's the solution. P
