    @ViCustomerCare No sorry needed,It was intended to loose 15+ years of relationship. You failed loyalty made me paid for zero network inspite my repeated communication. You have just fooled, looted me, Thank me for not approaching Consumer Court yet. Now even if you provide lifetime free I ain't

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, please look into it. It’s bad if an app-only offer isn’t consistent and disappears if we exit the app for a minute.

    I visited the @ViCustomerCare today. They took my complaint and asked me to wait 2 hours. After waiting, they told me to come back after the 11th. Now they’re asking me to pay ₹650 (including late fees) + ₹550 just for incoming calls for 15 days (no outgoing), and then,
