    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    @ViCustomerCare Thr network is still poor, the towers are still depleting. And, i still can't access internet properly. Do one thing, apne dukan ki jhap bandh Kar Do. Waise bandh hone wali hain.

    @ViCustomerCare Its absurd to ask whether to deactivate to tech savvy demanding customer like me. I know how to activate. I didn't call you to activate. I saw in app and did. Don't deactivate. I will see what to do

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Why are YOU getting bothered? Have faith in YOUR system. You say "customer is lying". I say your system is wrong. The offer WAS showing in my Vi App and IS still showing to me. I did the recharge. I lost ₹199. Not your money. Don't tell me what to do.
