    @viiikashere Exactly what happened with another client of @ViCustomerCare whose very old @VodafoneGroup phone was also blocked all of a sudden leaving him scrambling for Bank and Aadhaar acces . Shame on Vodafone and also the Regulators regulating but overlooking such a terrible fiasco.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare My area has very inconsistent 4G network, and no 5G network even tho my city has Vi 5G

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
