Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

@ViCustomerCare I have been getting assurances for resolition of the issue pending from 15 days from Samar, Naksh, Dia, Aadya, Sia, Maya, Sonu, Arman, Sneha and now a new name today Rajesh 15 days and 10 executives and issue still unresolved..it seems VI is going to create a new record!

@ViCustomerCare Horrible experience with your customer care teams in my last 5-6 calls and no help provided so far. I’m being charged for services I deactivated before they monthly cycle. This is unfair and cheating the customer. I think it’s time to switch. @vodafonein1

Earlier.. customer care calls were monitored by Sups and attempt was made to improve customer relation. Hope they have something similar for Twitter responses and DMs . Most of the responses from @ViCustomerCare doesn't make any sense.. #StayAway
