Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

@ViCustomerCare we 10 to 12 people buy a new connection by trust on your service but your retailer didn't done FRC after two days till now. We were telling him to give me number to connect you, but they didn't gave no and now I have no any other option to reach him.

Vi is not able to resolve my network related issue till the date. I complained 4 months ago about network related issues, bt still, they are not helping. Very poor customer service 😢 @ViCustomerCare
