    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare Please act no response so far Don't cheat loyal customers like me sticking to the same company for years If you don't respond in 48 hours and sort out the issue I will port my number to one of other service providers

    @ViCustomerCare You are not really intending to help. You are just pretending to help because its social media. I have already provided all relevant info. Further questions are useless. Fix your network if you wish to. You have the state, you have the pin codes. There's no network in those areas

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi
