    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP

    Why offer if you have no facility to cancel? Now I have no option but to throw away the sim. Give kyc in bank, office, insurance co for new number, which will take almost a month. Stop cheating your customers. @ViCustomerCare

    Hello vi care we are unable to use stable vi internet connection . 1 min internet accha hota h 1min bilkul koi msg send tak nhi hota hai baar bar flight mode lgana padta h har 2 min m .. recharge unlimited ka hai but what about service unlimited chale bhi to @ViCustomerCare
