    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @StalinNagappan @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @TRAI @TelecomTalk @Twitter @TwitterIndia @VodafoneIN @Idea @reliancejio @airtelindia Yep.... but i have some issue with my 3G sim, so i just visited to bsnl office for sim replacement then bsnl officer said; upgrade your sim to 4G sim & its cost 100/- rupees.

    The life of @VodafoneIN 's customer- 1. Get charged with some new service without you asking for it 2. Money gets deducted from account 3. Write an email to @VodafoneIN for refund 4. Get amount refunded 5. Repeat the same process again next day

    @youbroadband @VodafoneIN is same like government.... no reply and no action for the interruption... As gujarat government said 24*7 electricity bit its not happened and same to same #youbroadband service...

    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    @VodafoneIN Very Pathetic Customer Service..Called them multiple times...not a good response at all. No wonder if other players are doing good.
