    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare Received a call from your representative with very bad behaviour he was ignoring my things and just saying his words without listening me. He told VI can stop my services. I will take a legal action against this with all the proofs. @TRAI @MoitOfficial

    @ViCustomerCare most of the time my number doesn't register to available tower and ppl always tell me my number is switched off. This is not an issue with my mobile as other number works fine if I switch sim.

    @ViCustomerCare Called & Spoke Vi Customer care in morning today again. Following up since last 5 days for resolution but total failure. Best part - All Vi executives "UNDERSTAND" your problem. Yet, just Can't resolve it. Vi Getting #BestisgettingBetter at NOT RESOLVING!!! @rmstakkar
