    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service ever....they only work if u want to convert PREPAID TO POSTPAID. ....the moment you want to REVERSE IT ...the DOG DISAPPERARS....my sim is deactivated since morning and prepaid is not yet activated ...I have tried all options but nothing works...

    What stupid logic @ViCustomerCare ! The whole idea of an eSIM is to avoid going to their retail outlet / customer service stores. When requested for an eSIM via numerous calls, SMS, they say to visit their customer service. Pathetic !

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Dear Vodafone is why I can’t purchase prepaid sim against my lost sim ? Store is forcing me to purchase postpaid sim only why ? That’s why you loosing your customer base.
