Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

@ViCustomerCare I did not get resolution,so I started MNP process 2 weeks back, your customer care called me & asked not to port out & promised me that it will be resolved in week time.Still same issue, so actually she lied with me and fooled me just to stop from porting out.

I’ve one postpaid and one prepaid Vodafone number… prepaid is not working even after recharging 3 times today … I contact complainant center of @ViCustomerCare and they tell me that they can’t help regarding a prepaid number because I’m calling from a postpaid number …. 😳
