Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, we have shifted to new house where signal strength of Vi is very weak, we are not able to make calls from inside the home. Request you to resolve issue immediately, as we all family members have Vi, else will have to switch to other.

@VodafoneIN During these critical times, I am having hard time receiving calls from health workers and essential delivery boys. I was in hospital yesterday and all the time my family was trying to reach me and your network failed. This is very bad. I am changing to other network.

@ViCustomerCare I stay at Kudal 416520. I visited authorised Vi store here. But he was unable to fix it as mine is supposed to a VIP number. He advised me to visit Vi gallery at Goa, which is 80kms away and in different state. I can not travel in these Covid periods.
