    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    @ViCustomerCare network at my place S K nagar, talikoti 586214 has become too poor. It was good till February. While airtel offers 5g in my town, can I atleast expect stable 4g from VI?

    Customers are paying full money just to suffer daily connectivity problems. Either fix the network permanently or clearly say you cannot, so people can switch to another network instead of getting frustrated every day. @ViCustomerCare

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.
