    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    Very poor service from vi i port my number Airtel postpaid to vi postpaid but I am not Able to receive or do call nd also message only able to use internet and than I call customer care they said you have to wait 2 days This is my only number 0 star service From @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare If you will not refund my Rs 2300 be ready for legal action as you cant fix the network issues.I have all proof for fake promise and illegal things you did with me. @Consumer2Court I want to file case against VI India as they are making my fool since day 1

    @ViCustomerCare Worst ever network.. Have complained several times... To top on this there r 7-8 promotional calls daily from their service number.. This also continues despite of complaints.

    @ViCustomerCare i got the network back but the internet speed is slow as a turtle. please help i have to take online classes which requires fast internet speed and cant afford a wired connection. some days before the speed on Vi was good but now its very slow. ples help

    @ViCustomerCare When you are single, that time your servers is good but after the marriage of idea and Vodafone your servers become **** everytime the server is down too much network issue. After section 377 you guys are enjoying but consumers network r dead.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to receive OTPs and not file my ITR because you couldn't provide me network for 23 days now! Worst customer service ever. Every second day you guys just message saying that you are working on my request! 23 days is insane
