    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare instead of paying huge money for promotion, try to fix your services and plan, then you don’t need big celebrities , I remember the days when #Hutch was using only a Cute Dog to promote. “Wherever you go, our network follows” but you ruined Hutch

    @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.
