    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare is doing a total fraud!! I recharged with ₹95 plan and I was promised to get 4 gb internet with this plan but guess what I received no internet with the plan!!! Never ever go for this fraud network!!! Worst sim ever!!

    Ported from Jio to @ViCustomerCare based on a promised offer, but no free recharge or benefit received yet. This is misleading and unacceptable. Kindly check and resolve this issue immediately or take action against false commitments. #Vi #PortingIssue

    Recharged with the ₹349 plan, but since 5G is unavailable in my area, I'm limited to 1.5 GB/day on 4G. I have been trying to recharge with the ₹55 Unlimited Data add-on, but every payment attempt fails. Despite multiple attempts and contacting customer support @ViCustomerCare

    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +
