    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare @kurlekarkedar I was a BPL-Hutch-Vodafone Postpaid user for 20+ years. Earlier your services were good but after the Voda-Idea Merger it became pathetic. Call drops and poor network speed on 4G forced me to switch to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Vi's network connectivity is very slow in our area, how many times I have complained but there is no improvement. On calling the customer care, it was said that VolTe service is not available. Pin-713206

    @ViCustomerCare I have done recharge of 479 my money was deducted from my account but the recharge was failed, I have done the payment via Vi app it was not the first time I got many problems from vi app but please resolve my issue ,please refund my money.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining to the customer care of vi for months now but the problem is not solved yet. It shows in their system that connectivity is good here but nothing like this at ground level.

    @ViCustomerCare No sure whether it's my issue only..But from today morning, I'm unable to make any outgoing calls from your network, but incoming is fine. For other networks both are fine. Kindly fix if any issues, ASAP.
