    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare, I ordered a sim for my family member from your Vi app. It was supposed to be delivered by 19th May but no one has delivered & system sent sms that it will be delivered on 20th. I also confirmed by connecting to customer care they also gave assurance but (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare it's been more than 40 hours and yet no network. I have already visited store multiple times but still no progress. It's kind of frustrating when you are a customer for almost 8 years and you're not getting harassed like this.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Despite getting full Network coverage from Vi , I can't make HD Calls , What is the benefit of Volte then if I can't make HD Calls ? Should I port out ?? I am eagerly waiting to port out asap.

    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst network in India. Been customer of Vodafone for more than 15 years but still they don’t treat you well. more than bill amount without any reason and doesn’t allow to convert post paid to pre paid without visiting store. #vodafoneidea #avoidvi

    @ViCustomerCare VI has subscribers details. Please send someone to the address to check the issue. Maybe the only other option is to move our numbers to Airtel or Jio, which works at the location.
