@ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 Even after repeatedly complaining, you are still deducting balance for stupid things that I haven’t even subscribed for… If this continues I’ll have to stop using Vodafone and switch to some other provider..

@ViCustomerCare This is the benefit of your company. It couldn't established a connection with your own network than what to say... I already pickups the call but voice was not their and it feels like blank call. I am feeling cheated as your very poor response in customer care and network team.

@ViCustomerCare I have a 1299 family plan & in morning I got message on all 5 nos. that they have been removed from plan & rental will be 399. As usual customer care does not have a clue and neither they are ready to take complaint. U guys really need to improve.
