    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Again the calls r breaking, especially when I am in 680686 location, as per the conversation, CS confirmed that the issue was rectified but still I’m facing the similar issue there is no progress voice and data. @DoT_India

    Facing severely poor network on a regular basis for the last few weeks @ViCustomerCare ive changed my sim twice but still getting poor internet , i get almost 5 kbps sometimes .. Plz do look into this

    @ViCustomerCare and the customer care calls to tell me again “we understand your problem” but we will not reverse charges! Will someone kindly understand that customers are not against paying but only for services availed and not for wrong charges and misinformed products!!!

    After full day of Hello, hellooooo, helloooooooooooooo, haa bol naaaaaaaa helloooooooooooo i peesonally feel like banging my head on wall, feel like not talking with my kids bcoz of @ViCustomerCare Your network, while tying my head is spinning with anger and irritation

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service, from januy months you guys not able to find one transaction details after providing all the information bank statement, bank confirmation with transaction details, but still you guys dnt have to track the transaction
