  @ViCustomerCare What is this scam. I never used these services. Your customer care is also clueless on what these are? One top of that they have no explanation no how my balance reached from 97.62 to 32.38. They are telling they can refund. I don't want the refund, EXPLAIN THIS.

  @ViCustomerCare I was not able to call customer care because there is no easy option to reach there on 198. Once I did, they pick up and put my call aside, carried on with their work. I can show you recording if yiu want to. Can I get help here?
