    @ViCustomerCare I think you are unable to help me. I have to transfer my number in another network operator. The behaviour of your customer care authority is as I am his chattels. ( However after calling many of times they receive the call one time).

    @AiyyubPatel @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Also has the same issue frequently network disruption with Vi many complaints registered they just more than happy to close the case instead of resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare My father Shankar Barve asked for the assistance that he is not using his postpaid at par and want to convert to prepaid, after request for 3-4 times still you want him to visit outlt in such bad condition! Literally out of your mind? He already been through covid
