    Hey !!!@ViCustomerCare having internet issue since 27th March,23. First I thought it's bcoz of bad weather but now it looks like it's not like that. Even normal browsing isn't working. Please look into this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare - As my complaints went unheeded, I have ported both my parents to another Service Provider. Once my plan ends, I too will port ! That is the only thing I can do to bring your poor service to the fore !

    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst network in Karnataka 🤦🏻 call drop , no network, no internet speed , I raised complain regarding network issue still not yet solved, if you are not giving good service then how will you charge monthly payment @VidafoneSocial

    @ViCustomerCare I am under internet quota and still not able to use mobile data. Customer care is saying credit limit is exhausted though i am on unlimited plan. Why is it so? Please check!
