  @ViCustomerCare Totally fraud. In order to stop customer from porting they prey to be from other mobile operator and stop customer from porting. I can't believe VI can stoop such low.. Will never deal with VI in future.

  @ViCustomerCare I asked him to do the KYC since I had the adhaar card with me.But he said he won’t be able to do that unless I don’t recharge for some amount.What kind of policy is that? Also the guy kept me waiting for like 15 mins there for no reason. Porting my SIM to other network provider.

  @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare I am already using RED X Postpaid Plan where in I get subscription of Amazon Prime. Why was I charged subscription of Amazon Prime in my bill. It is already included in your rental. I have sent image to customer care in DM. No response yet.
