@ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing continuous delay and negligence in converting Vi number from postpaid to prepaid. Despite multiple requests, no update has been given. Requesting immediate intervention from @TRAI @DoT_India for strict action against such poor customer service.

This is the second consecutive day that your network is COMPLETELY zero inside fortis hospital Mulund apart from the several times almost daily when it suddenly out of nowhere drops to zero. @vodafone @ViCustomerCare I have order sim for my mom on 4th Nov but till date I have not received the same. Very time I call customer care they are telling deliver boy will call but nothing till now. Pls look into this asap.
