    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 Cheap network pl. Dont accept the service of vi. i have recharge but unbale to use my data. Vi team service so cheap service i face it from 3 months so many times i complaint but nothing works.

    @ViCustomerCare My old sim lost and i applied for sim replacement on 27 july,and my new sim is not started yet. And your so called min store remain closed most of the time. And they not giving me any proper answer. This is not acceptable from company like you.Very poor service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi @ViCustomerCare I would like to share only thing that since past 3 months I am facing the issue of messages from your company. When your company commits that issue will be resolved then they say that I will be receiving the message.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone has become one of the worst network. I have forgotten to use normal calls as they just drop all the time. Very bad network. What's app call is the best. No point of taking a sim.
