    Hey @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on? 3 days now and my phone is basically useless. It's stuck on a 2G EDGE network in Ahmedabad I use it for work, I’ve already missed stuff because of this I'm paying for 5G and getting this **** I'm changing my network

    @ViCustomerCare Deactivated my SIM without any valid reason or prior notice. No justification, no resolution. This is unacceptable. If not restored immediately, I will escalate this to @TRAI and take formal action. No wonder Vi is losing customers rapidly.

    @ViCustomerCare I requested for customised callertune. Did all possible ways to activate it and still no result. Vi resolve the issue immediately and don’t call without go through the previous chat. I’m fed up of explaining the issue again and again. Resolve it or let me port.
