    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Multiple calls, same responses, but no resolution. The issue remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. I am now proceeding with a complaint on the Consumer Affairs portal. Please resolve this immediately.

    After switching from @ViCustomerCare , @JioCare I think Vi was more caring than you, they have better services I think. Though they have lot of problems, but you, your service just disgusting in our area. Sorry Vi😔 I will back after three months.

    Imagine this: 📵 No network.
❌ Can't send SMS.
❌ Can't activate International Roaming.
📵 Still no network. That's exactly what happened after porting to @ViCustomerCare. Customer support's solution? "Send an SMS." #CustomerExperience #VodafoneIdea #India

    @ViCustomerCare 4/ I raised a formal complaint explaining everything. I also clearly informed Vi that my Vi numbers were unreachable because they had no service and provided my overseas contact number for all communication.

    ON 24.07.2026, SANCHAR SATHI HELP DESK ADVISED ME TO VISIT NEAREST JIO, AIRTELL STORE IN REPLY TO MY EMAIL COMPLAINT AGAINST VODAFONE IDEA. SO TODAY AT 2.30PM I'LL GO TO JIO DIGITAL STORE, NARAYANPUR AT 2.30PM. CC: @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
