@ViCustomerCare Helo there, I recently ported to vi™ sim and activated voLTE services too. But in daily usage when i call to any other networks my volte is disabling it self i can't use the 4G/3G/2G any either internet during this call. Please help me what should i do???

@ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about call drops and internet speed issue for twice a month for past 2 years continuously, and this haven’t been solved yet. And I have unsubscribed the Netflix plan too and asked for deactivation of renewal and you still charged me with it

@ViCustomerCare Raised a request (# APR-V00479861298) for no internet access and hardly connecting the phone calls for incoming/outgoing in Edibazar, Hyderabad locality, and rude response from customer service. Encouraging to switch to other service provider? worse service vi.
