@ViCustomerCare Plz stop calling all my numbers.. if you are offering me money to stay back with you, still i will refuse it.. so stop calling and just migrate my number. At least this much can be done for a customer who has been with you for 6 years!

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI And this is happening when customers have the main balance as well as secondary balance still vodafone-idea forcing customer to recharge with 128 to activate their sms service. Is this fair??

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for the help. I have paid total 1130 to swith to prepaid, Your customer executive told that first recharge will be done from this amount and remaining amount will be credited in your account. Tried to call 198 its saying you need to recharge! What to do now??
