    @ViCustomerCare I am facing a strange issue. While I am on a call, the data stops working. Even though I am calling on 4G network with VOLTE on. What is this issue? Feels like 2G network era.

    @ViCustomerCare @Abha_methaila Despite repeated app failures and zero support response, we’re still the ones chasing you, @ViCustomerCare. SKYC keeps failing, emails go unanswered, and your services don’t even work properly abroad.

    Ordered a SIM from @ViCustomerCare with a promised delivery the very next day (13th April). It’s now been over 2 weeks of constant follow-ups and poor coordination only to receive an SMS saying a refund has been processed without any prior notice. Extremely unprofessional service

    @ViCustomerCare users, Do not make any long validity packs. As #Viscam the customers, in the name of deactivating number to re ekyc. And then issuing new sim, forcing customer to postpaid The active plans will get discontinued. As they need to pay loans, simply doing such theft
