  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare messaged me that the issue was escalated and resolved but what was the resolution? Unclear??? Instead they just sent me a link to do a new recharge. Peak customer negligence and leaving them to buy new packs. I am requesting to port my number. Pls lmk the steps.

  poor Vodafone @ViCustomerCare ... your customer care people have no knowledge. I have been requesting for an address change but your executive is asking me to upload adhaar card, when i told her that adhaar is of different address. She wants me to upload rental agreement which i did and it was rejected by your company. now she wants me to upload adhaar (which is of different address) amd rental areement both ? does she now know that only one document can be uploaded in your app. What kind of idiots are sitting in your care ?

  @ViCustomerCare After dialling a number, it takes almost 10-15 seconds to hear the ring of the other number. For 10-15 seconds its almost silent. Whats the issue? Pls check your network in our area. Jio rings in 2 secs.

  @ViCustomerCare What for ? You share the phone number, time availability and full name of your manager. Then, after speaking to the manager, I may consider taking your services. I do not want to speak to your staff trained by you to be rude.

  @ViCustomerCare i am requesting for my recharge invoice since 5 aug still @ViCustomerCare not providing me the invoice .. called the customer care and they were fully unawaired what invoice is . sent many request with VI app still no outcome yet .. plz get me this asap

  @ViCustomerCare After having a verbal argument your employee he took his word back then made some excuse of getting approval from head office and gave the same number again. Instead of your employees forcing us to buy new postpaid connection or premium number they should focus on the issue.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged ₹239, which includes a JioHotstar subscription. But JioHotstar is still asking me to pay again. Vi app → Benefits shows the subscription is included, yet the content isn’t available. JioHotstar says Vi needs to resolve it. Please fix this ASAP
