    @ViCustomerCare check field level. Virtually everything seems normal. The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you. I've been tricked by your connections.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp

We reached in bali and she is able to call till yesterday but now today at time of calling its saying outging call are barred. Try to reach cstomer service by vi app,they said to rplace sim.     @ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid SIM via the Vi app for Wagholi, Pune. A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Please deliver my SIM or refund.

    @ViCustomerCare My grandfather’s mobile has been lost.. and we want to issue a new duplicate sim for him! He is unable to walk as he is old. Kindly tell me the procedure in order to issue a new sim for him!
