@ViCustomerCare I am very disappointed with your network i am a postpaid user and I am wasting a lot of money and I am getting 2g network i raised so many compaints but not solved either please port my sim or else block my sim. No better service you are providing to customer.

@ViCustomerCare I went to bed with my vi number working fine, woke up to no network, am told the sim is old and there could be physical damage. How is that possible. Was asked to pay INR 100 for new sim issuance, all this for no fault of mine. @TRAI please take note
