@ViCustomerCare after three weeks of good net after complaining it is back to it's old self slow and trash. It's sometime worse during the day time and the net will be gone for more than a hour or two but it mostly happens in the evening and at night. Please try to fix it ASAP

@ViCustomerCare None of your customer service seems to be helpful, it looks like policy changes with & for each customer service representative. My question is simple can U deactivate the caller tune (pre call default carona) for my 2 numbers. None of the other service providers have this rule.

@ViCustomerCare I have raised call drop, not connecting. Enter net very slow Down loading problems at social platforms and through IVR. Problem coming from last few months. But no one from Vi is working g for resolution. They only calls after no PORT starts,Very unfortunate

@ViCustomerCare What is the meaning of customer service, if you're worthless?? You're fraud people and no one taking action against you. @ViCustomerCare I've already mentioned, I don't want service validity, as per the offer and commitment provide me the UL pack validity for all the numbers.

@Reza70864429 @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio U are making a wrong choice. I used to get 35 +mbps when I started using VI turbo 4G but now it really sucks. I am hardly getting 4mbps of speeds nowadays. Moreover, starting from August many VI users faced total black out in my locality and there is no assistant from VI support.

@ViCustomerCare My worst mistake was that i have apply for porting my no. to Vi. It is 5th day today still my no is not ported they are only asking me to go here and there They have msg me that your no would be activated in 2 working days but still not activated Worst service
