@ViCustomerCare December 13th and after visiting stores 3 times and having spoken to 10 different agents and 20 mails and 30 calls later, happy to inform that my service request is STILL PENDING. Way to go Vi 👍👍

@ViCustomerCare sir I recharged 399 .You give me offer 1.5gb +1.5gb per day data but you give only 1.5 gb data . Yours service very bad . I try solve my problem by vi customer care but your executive not solve my problem Finely I decide port my sim If you solve I changed mind

@ViCustomerCare hello Vicky, as discussed today Pl stop service of mobile no 9899965962 this was my mobile and my KYC are Documents kept with Vodafone against this no and this no was sold to someone without my consent. This mobile no is mapped in my banks.
