    My sim not working since morning so visited store for replacement.They said it will be activated within 2 hours. Again had to visit the store for update & came to know documents need to be submitted physically.Again had to go back home and come with documents reqd @ViCustomerCare

    @KhoslaAvneesh @ViCustomerCare You should close your home sim delivery option. Worst experience. Your agents and vendors are so rude and irresponsible. The status is showing out for delivery since 3days. Further the executives are asking for 10 MNP orders to get sim delivered.

    There is not even a single sports channel on vodafon tv. It is strange that the FIFA World Cup has come. Can a service provider not provide this facility? @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    Pathetic Customer Support Service @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare . Using Idea Network since 21 years, horrible experience at vi store Garkheda Aurangabad MH. branch for activating new sim card. This is my 3rd round to submit documents. Please help

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare can you provide better service I have made my mind. Please guide me through the process. I will wait just a week coz I am raising complaints continuously and Airtel resolves it the problem in its Thanks App not in reality.
