@ViCustomerCare I had recharged my mom's Vi number in December 2021 for Rs.2899. Now network is showing not registered on her mobile. Unable to make calls or use data in spite of the unlimited recharge. Poor service from Vi!!

@ViCustomerCare Even after paying for a number that I do not use, my primary number is still deactivated. It's been more than 18 hrs I visited the store, I was told that the number will be activated within an hour. This is my official number and I am facing tremendous problems since last 2 days.

@ViCustomerCare for the last one month your executives r harassing me.,their advices do not resolve my issues of network , internet problem.They take more then 30.40 minutes to convince me that the problems have been resolved,but never happened what they claim.very pathetic

@ViCustomerCare-Everytime you taking time and closing the complaint but the solution is zero, it was supposed to be solved on 21.01.2022, 27.01.2022 but you just fooling and harassing the customers, as per month you are earning 1200/- from postpaid family plan customer.

@ViCustomerCare-15 days it’s been and Vodafone is just taking time and fooling me , giving me stupid reasons and closing my complaints without solving any problem. What is this nonsense going on, if u can’t solve plz inform us , we are ready to port 600 numbers in Airtel.
