    Won't be using @VodafoneIN services anymore as my sim doesn't give me 4g network even if my device supports it and I have added all necessary settings/plans. They have not activated 4g on sim level. Their customer care is not functioning. So I don't have much of a choice.

    Vodafone network day by day getting worst. In my area of Navi Mumbai neither wifi works nor mobile data. Forget about 4G or 3G... even 2G not working. Even calls are not getting disconnected and having frequent call drops. Vodafone Idea network really sucks... @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN is there any steps taken to enhance network in my area. Almost each call is dropped, no or very limited network inside home, Internet connectivity is alao poor. I am fed up of this man. I have this connection for last 20+ years, right from Orange - Hutchison

    After a pathetic network coverage for even voice call I ported my number from @airtelindia to @VodafoneIN then found they are in competition for who is the dumpest. Then I ported to @Idea now I came to know that there’s three in competition. Well done 👍🏻 Bravo 👏🏻

    @VodafoneIN still not rcvd the duplicate bill for Oct 19 in email. Jun 20 bill rcvd in email but unable to download the as showing server error. Only bill payment link is opening. Fed up with Vodafone now. Such a poor network since last 2 yrs. time to switch @Airtel_Presence

    @DoT_India Hi, I have an email thread of 61 emails with @ViCustomerCare to resolve my issue. Today they said i need to go to Maharashtra to get my sim activated. I'm based in Gurgaon. After two months of daily calls this is the rubbish resolution. Could you please help and look into this?

    @ViCustomerCare customer executive Hrikant and allowing to talk to the available team leader. The customer care team is very rude they are not giving any solution for my query. They put on hold for 10 to 15 mins it's being 30mins call but no resolution.
