    @ViCustomerCare Great customer service vodafone, the price one has to pay for being loyal customer is that today I am being asked for the number that I bought few years ago and was using and now vodafone asking to pay 2000 rupees to get it back. So this is sort of a blackmail.

    @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare Very bad network coverage since last 40 -45 days. Giriraj Industrial Estate, Mahakali Caves Road, Mumbai 400 093. Please address Immidiately. Many People are being affected.

    @ViCustomerCare A lousy service. An extremely dropped behavior by the customer care. After holding for 12 minutes the phone call got disconnected without solving my problem. How can anyone give such shoddy service? @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I am unable to use incoming and outgoing sms services on my Idea number on International Roaming. I raised a service request #MNG-V00654923500 too which was closed without any resolution. Please look into it.
