    @ViCustomerCare Its been 5 days since i complained that txt msgs r not going from my phone. No resolution yet but i am receiving txts that issue is resolved. I have changed sms app,phone etc but no resolution. Complaint No - N C004-135515204611. Time to switch provider now.

    @ViCustomerCare i haven’t take the advantage of volte service. I have already complain 4-5 times but they unable to solve my issues. So i am requesting you solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to port my sim to other telecom companies.

    I don't have any Bill Pending, why have my sim card been closed and your store in our city doesn't even give good pay service, how will it work? I have suffered a lot because of you, whose responsibility is it? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service. I will never go for Vi. Cheating for money as well. They took your money on the name of bill payments on personal google Pay account and never shares details of paid bills. Please be aware of this people's

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup not able to understand despite having sufficient data why not able to make calls over BOTIM application?? It is the problem with Vi network only, if u can resolve it fine otherwise port out is the only option

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @rmstakkar The agony continues. I keep getting DMs from Vodafone confirming the verification and restoration will happen today, but never happens. Looks like the system is totally broken. No accountability and no one to look into this.
