@ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, My Vi number 8447310029 has been inactivated since last month end. The reason being stated on the app is that the validity expired.But recharge of Rs.399 had already been done by me using paytm on 8th March,2021 for a validity of 56 Days. Kindly help.

@ViCustomerCare The best problem solving trick from Vodafone. Keep assigning the job to a new representative every 3rd day so you keep explaining the same issue all over until you get frustrated and give up. Hats off!!

@ViCustomerCare I don't think that's hurts to you guys......I have now f**** tried off to calling on customer care to every weekend and then they raise the ticket and without any conclusions they closed the ticket.withot resolving the internet issues that I am facing every day @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare 3G, 3G.. from November 2020 filed many complaints regarding network issues. Everytime complaint is closed without any resolution. Dear Vi, port out from network will be done after 20 days. May God bless your company..
