  @ViCustomerCare Hello i need to join a new prepaid connection to vi family. through vi app i choosed a specific No. unfortunately & in hurry i didnt select Prepaid plan. It was selected to postpaid plan automatically.I need that selected No. Only but in Prepaid Connection, plz help me out

  @ViCustomerCare I regret my decision to port to V! from other service provider. Initially I was promised about family pack however post porting my other numbers are blocked till date from last month. Pathetic CS.
