@ViCustomerCare it's very unfortunate to see VI is cheating their customer. Past 1 year my VI bill was around 550 only. And on 13th I have given the opt out Request to VI and the final bill that's from 15th April - 14th May shows as 1250 which is ever highest. I'm take it to TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Dear VI, I called 10 times to my VI number out of which 9 times I received call in my Airtel number. If I didn't activate call forwarding.. I would have loss all those calls..!! Helpless with your service. Please do something to sustain.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what's the reason for your horseshit internet service in my area for last few weeks? I hv been unable to attend my webinars, online classes and do my WFH. I had to take internet of @ViCustomerCare for that. Is this how you want to lose ur customers?

@ViCustomerCare @vicompany @ViBusinessIndia I am pretty sure VI is the worst company in terms of customer service. I got my POSTPAID plan with VI it's been 25 since then and I'm regretting this like anything.
