@ViCustomerCare There's a network outage in my area in Mumbai since morning. At times, I get 1-2 bars. Unable to make or receive any calls. This is a working day. Request you to resolve this ASAP. Sending a DM to share details such as address, contact number etc. Pls respond.

@ViCustomerCare Please register this as a complaint regarding the poor network in my village, there is a tower available in my village, but doesn't have power backup hence very poor network connectivity during power cut (4-5 hours a day)

The worst service I've ever experienced is of vi I get 4g signal for like only 1 hour each day and I'm not living in a remote area still it makes no difference! customer care keeps saying that they'll resolve it at 12 everyday Pincode-841101 @ViCustomerCare

@airtelindia always keep thier words but @VodafoneGroup never. I received a call after complaining to vi for high bill that ₹250+Gst will be waived off from my bill instead of 450 but that was just talks. @ViCustomerCare improve. #BudgetKe2021 #COVIDIOTS

@himanshu59sabh1 @ViCustomerCare No things working here. Only one 1 signal 📶 bar on my phone. What VI is doing I don't know I have raised serval times complain and not getting resolution. Better to change the network.
