    Dear @ViCustomerCare just wondering why in the world my outgoing and incoming calls have stopped randomly ? People trying to call tell me that i have not been reachable for 2 days. And to top it, even calls to your customer care are not getting through. What am I supposed to do?

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone I want to switch from postpaid to prepaid, but Ms. Richa of Vi store (Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi) told me that I have to visit the store from which I have obtained the SIM Kindly help otherwise I have to PORT to @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Yes with my both the nos tried inserting them into different cell but still the same problem. Unable to make and receive calls however able to send and receive msgs
