Aditya (@Sahay_official) reportedFailed Company @ViCustomerCare. You activated my port but failed to provide the eSIM for 12+ hours. I use an eSIM-only iPhone, so your delay has left me completely disconnected. Taking a customer’s number and then denying access to the service is a serious failure. Fix this now.
