    @ViCustomerCare worst network service. I have done MNP to VI from airtel. But internet speed in VI is too much slow. I complaining constantly in customer care but still facing issue. Disappointed!!! Worst network. Kindly allow me to port again to another provider before 90 days.

    @ViCustomerCare Today I have recharged my mobile from VI app but the recharge was not successful but the payment was deducted. Please check the issue and resolve it asap.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already sent an email to your customer care team two times and called 199 at least 3 times and registered my complaint, but my problem is not resolved yet. Please trust the people who are sitting at your authorized store.

    Biggest mistake i have done by recharging again @ViCustomerCare after a month, acha bhla jio ki speed le raha tha,700 rupay ka recharge krva liya ab 3 mahine wait krna padega port k liye, speed sucks 100kbps to 2mbps aur jio ki 40 se 50mbps hai mere yahan.

    I have already paid money for buy sim card one time and this is your Vi Volte problem. Why I paid another money for SIM? I am very disappointed with your SIM problem. If you have not solution then tell me, I will moved to other Telecom Company. @ViCustomerCare
