    @ViCustomerCare No @ViCustomerCare Is telling lie. I am connected to cell tower id:-16799 and Location Area Code:- 5107. Which is 3.7 km away from my location. How you can say that there is bulk usage. The real problem is there is no cell tower nearby my location. So that's y there is no 4g.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone network is down since 10 days at Havelock Island, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

    But from last few days this is happening too frequently. Every day for 4-5 hours in the morning there is no network coverage at all we can't even call anyone with vi network. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Whenever there is power cut in our area VI network status started showing Emergency Calls Only. I had already complaint regarding this so may times and every single time I was told that there is some power related issue and our engineers have fixed it.

    @ViCustomerCare Bought a postpaid SIM on 6th. I'm not able to make or receive calls until now. The worst thing is Vi doesn't even care. I want to return the SIM and a full refund.
