I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). I have already emailed the appellate and customer care teams with all details and documents. Requesting escalation support or guidance from the concerned Mumbai/appellate team please. Thank you.

I have already shared the issue multiple times through customer care and email but no resolution has been provided yet. Requesting refund/reversal since the recharge amount was deducted but the service is still unusable.
