@ViCustomerCare . . . and I am waiting for a third debit from @ViCustomerCare for an unasked for service, to shift my entire family's account away from #VodafoneIdea It's for the same reason we shifted away from Vodafone decades back.

@ViCustomerCare Voice network strength is too low when I am using samsung mobile device with "Vi". I am sure "Vi" users out there would have figured out a way to sort this problem with the help of "Vi" customer care. @ViCustomerCare, can you help resolve this common issue.

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Mr. Rajaramam - please take action - Unethical Issues: I had a corporate plan where one of the numbers was +919975012222, this and a few more numbers were disconnected whereas other numbers were not disconnected though the same letter had all numbers. Shame on Vi! Sir, help.

@ViCustomerCare As you again raised a new request but your team are not doing anything from last 5 months raising same complaint but worst services by Vi. Now I am having no other option except to say goodbye to Vi and also my another numbers to another good providers.
