    @ViCustomerCare didn’t expect this from you after activating the international pack of Thailand of unlimited data and calls but since 2 days I am facing data issue where the speed is less than 2G even after showing 4G on top #didntexpectthisfromyou #Vicare #fraud

    @jain17deepu @ViCustomerCare Same issue with me. Plus network speed drops to zero. Many complaints later, Vi customer care actually does not care.

    @ViCustomerCare I had terrible experience using VI services outside India. There is no notification of exact foreign time for pack for 24 hrs nor any notification. No intimation for plan shift to higher charge. Huge bill shock. Disappointed - 10+ years voda customer & I get this!

    @ViCustomerCare I'm new postpaid customer of Vi from 7 Dec. when my bill generated on 25 Dec, I was shocked to see charges of ISD call, which I did not make. Why are you charging me for ISD calls, which I did not make? Worst service ever. #VodafoneFraud
