  @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi Team, I want to enable the SIM Lock feature on my Vi SIM. However, I do not know the current SIM PIN. Could you please help me with the default SIM PIN or guide me on how to obtain/reset it? Also, please let me know how I can get the PUK code if needed.

  @ViCustomerCare no call was received from this number. Whats the meaning of same day delivery . Its 10 days and even no one bothered to call. And your customer care team is asking to cancel when I contacted them. Is it the way?

  There should be a "refund" option if your service provider is not able to provide network @ViCustomerCare do one thing, just simply warn your customers that you are not able to provide network in there area kindly switch to another network provider OR JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR

  @ViCustomerCare @JioCare You guys have some of the most pathetic networks I have come across. Does not even work 5G most of the times. And even in 4G I'm not receiving msg, pages not loading while travelling in central line mumbai. Network gaand me gusake baite ho kya?
