    Putting it on record that @ViCustomerCare has not stopped the incessant flow of unsolicited promotional SMSes in violation of my DND registration despite repeated pleas. Robotic assurances with nil action. And a condescending call from a 'Customer Care' executive. Big let down.

    @ViCustomerCare users, Do not make any long validity packs. As #Viscam the customers, in the name of deactivating number to re ekyc. And then issuing new sim, forcing customer to postpaid The active plans will get discontinued. As they need to pay loans, simply doing such theft

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I was using your sim since 2007 and recently make it postpaid but due to the silly fellow of vi store he registered it on my wife's name. Later I put it in safe custody but you have shut the service on it . Is this the way you treat your loyal customers?

    @ViCustomerCare This is really disappointing. Every time there’s a power cut in my area, your network goes down too — and it’s been happening daily for the past week. Complaints haven’t helped at all. Looks like porting to another network is the only option left.
