@ViCustomerCare predefined set of standard answers handed over to the customer service (so called) to copy & paste to the customers. Actually “Service” is totally missing in all this.. why do you need people for copy & paste.. just use bots to do that job..

It's been 8 hrs now but selected number for which order not placed still not available now.this is the way how you loose customer due to small technical glitches @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @VodafoneGroup .no result even after highlighting issue customer move to another operater

@ViCustomerCare Why do we need to DM you our numbers when you have the ability to track all numbers which gets recharged with dual data package facilities? It's an automated service. When one number gets recharged how is it possible for that same number to get recharge twice?
