@ViCustomerCare I hv already emailed to your senior but no further action has been taken yet. As well as Mr. Nilabh has denied to resolve this issue. Here is the screenshot of that which he has send me. Is this called your services. Very bad & poor services by VI network team.

@ViCustomerCare Literally, the worst network and customer service in india. I've been trying to reach the customer care and all I get to hear is try these steps. I've not been able to connect to data for past two days inspite of having an active data plan.
