  @ViCustomerCare Hello recharged on 29th Nov for internationals pack. Now after 1 week still issue is not resolved. My vacation is also getting over in few days. This international roaming pack which I had recharged I think I should use in India in my hometown considering its Vodafone 🤬

  @ViCustomerCare That’s most certainly the experience you want your customers to have - your service gets worse with each passing day and it has been more than a month now. Vodafone India service and customer care is an absolute scam.

  @ViCustomerCare @vodafone I've had the most terrible experience with Vodafone in the past couple of days. My mother lost her sim card. We went to a nearby VI store to get a new sim card with the same card. We got the card, was told that it'll get activated in 3 hrs.

  I am thinking Port from Vi to jio because Vi Customer Support Doesn't Contact but they concern and mobile number etc 10 Days Had been passed away only they received details but no one Call and Massage or Email received from vi @ViCustomerCare
