@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare seems you have planned to loose you remaining customers. My phone is getting idea signal since month and I am continuously connecting with support in app and toll-free no as well. No solution yet. Should migrate to any other operator ?? Not acceptable at all

@ViCustomerCare Got a call from your customer care. Insisting me to use those plans which are not useful for me. If old plans are discountinued then those should be restarted. Please see if it is possible to restore my previous plan.
