@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare I am having a pathetic experience with Vodafone, frequent call drops frequent call cracking and call are not sent even. I am on the family plan, but now with this experience thinking to port my family plan to other company. Never Go for Vi 👎 Pathetic experience.

Day 17: Still no incoming calls and SMS on my Vi SIM. But outgoing works fine. Technicians at @ViCustomerCare continuously close my requests saying it is a temporary issue. IT IS NOT A TEMPORARY ISSUE. I CAN'T EVEN USE MY BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF FREAKING VI.

Again received call from this number +919763100136. And same "ghisipiti tape" bajane lage customer care executive. "Network optimization full hai team kam kar rahi hai" since 1.5 yrs Pls dont come with this excuse.I m really upset with your support. @ViCustomerCare #fakevisupport

@ViCustomerCare I have raised a complaint(C003-104076578584) for slow network in my area on 24th Apr 2021 to VI customer care. They assured that technical team will call & sort this out. I got call from technical team & they simply ask for location & kind of problem.
