To every @ViCustomerCare coustomer leave as much as you can fast. The way it Given service it will go to soon out of the universe. You are not able to call even coustomer complain once your validity over.(even if you have main balance) @TRAI Is this justified for customers

@rubenmasc @ViCustomerCare Yes. Call drops rampant. Poor connection speed. Telephone companies spend too much money and use too many people calling customers and pushing plans. They won't have to do much marketing if they provided good network service. But who cares. All learnt business from same book

@ViCustomerCare how to port out of VI, which pack to recharge to be able to send the PORT SMS, don't give some stupid links and mislead us. Just type in simple text in 4 lines. I have some old balance you can keep the money as your bhikariness has lead to your death
