@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@SamirMhatre86 @WriterDeepak @ViCustomerCare Yes complaints closed without your knowledge and if you are trying to follow up your complaint, Executive behave arrogantly. No use of complaint nothing will happened.I stopped recharging my vi number. Best way chouse network which have fair signal.

@ViCustomerCare my age old number with you seems to be having issue connecting to BSNL landline numbers in Karnataka. I went to VI store in Mysore Sitavilasa road and the lady proudly informed me that “yes we have issues but can’t do anything and we are aware if it” what do it do

@ViCustomerCare They just copy and paste the bot message. And the issue still not resolved yet. Got higher (above 400)ping on day time 6.01hrs to 23.59 hrs and magically perfectly fine (below 100)sharp 0.00 hrs to 6.00hrs. Ur network ruined our online gaming experience.Lots of ppl here suffering

@ViCustomerCare I bought a new number online and it was delivered on 4.7. I got activation msg same day but there is no network to call 59059. Other VI number is getting full network. What can be done? Please don’t ask me to visit the store. There’s no point of home delivery then
