@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

It has been 18 days since outgoing/incoming calls stopped, no SMS either. 3 visits to VI shop and many DMs, VI is not able to solve the issue. Standard answer - we didnt find fault Called helpdesk & after my number entry, it disconnects @Vodafonein @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare Sent dm, no response. Called customer care, they are clueless, Getting below message from vi, he is not picking up phone, please give refunds, "Our agent Khaja ***** is trying to reach you for your Vi SIM delivery ref Order no DCHD17092197352. Please call back on 968960****".
