@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare Facing Network issue since long time, Call wont get connected, if connected thrs a cross connection, or if connected to the right person thn my voice is not audible. If someone calls me, thn the to have to call multiple. Making whatsaap calls using jiofiber net.

@VipulPa00387018 @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare They keep giving same reply. That Rs. 49 has 14 days. But when i bought the pack it was 28 days validity, and Vi provided service only for 14 days, which is deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. Vi does this everytime, irrespective of the plan. Vi is super fraud.

I have lodged complaints many times, but till now no solution has been found by @ViCustomerCare you. The voice is breaking & the call doesn't take place. voice call service on the Vi network is very poor & I'm facing a lot of problems.Due to which my imp work isn't being done.
