@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare yesterday i recharge Rs499 2Gb/Day + 1yr Hotstar subscription..but in vi app it's showing only 1Gb/Day & after 1Gb my I'm unable to watch IPL due to lack of internet. & It's showing data pack will be end within 2 days. Please help

@Ranjithsrk008 @ViCustomerCare @VirPate50895650 Nothing will happen. Because they don't have any network engineer to resolve issue. They fully depend on Airtel. This network issues are pan India. Same robot reply to all customers. I have not heard any news their network issues are resolved. Just port. This is 2g network.
