    I’m DONE with @ViCustomerCare. Paid my electricity bill via Vi app on 17th June. Money debited from my bank, but payment NEVER reached the electricity board. Now I’m facing disconnection threats & late fees — all thanks to Vi’s incompetence. #FraudAlert #VI

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare what type of service is this I have lost my phone and i am out of india and have been trying to reach to your team and have mailed all my documents to your team for esim transfer and they are only saying server down and will take 24 hours to revert i am in isolated place have lost access to whatsapp calling and other Financial account this is a serious concern and needs immediate attention plz resolve @jagograhakjago
