@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

Looks like @VodafoneIN is about to close shop. They have adopted the motto 'Happy Not to Help'. Their customer service says something on call, response on email is different and their stores are clueless all the more. Difficult to continue with such a lousy operator...

@ViCustomerCare very sad to say that i am getting msgs from 54300 that i have requested to activate any service. But didn't do that. I have visited to Vi store but didn't get any positive resolution.

@ViCustomerCare you guys are not responsible you are not resolved my complaint still till date. Goes 1 months but you are not reply me. You are froud company and make fake commitment. I'm going with other companies with 5 sim connection.
