@VodafoneIN From past one month I'm facing problem with network coverage, call drops, no data & customer care unnecessary useless calls. @TRAI @DoT_India whether regulatory have role in such cases or not, no clarify in grievance addressing procedure. Symphony on systems.

@ViCustomerCare This is not reply of my query . Customer recharged with 79 rs and can't send single outgoing SMS why you have plan like this . Suppose user doesn't want to use data so why he should take combo pack including data, sms, call. We want only PKG that can only send SMS. Pls reply.

Worst network service provider @ViCustomerCare has again fail to satisfy the customer need from morning 9:00 we are suffering with 2G network and if network doesn't work within 1hour I will make sure to port and use another network providers.

@ViCustomerCare I recently updated my Vi numbers from corporate to individual account and in the process paid excess payments of more than Rs. 1200. I emailed your customer care but the response is PATHETIC. Its 4 days now and there is NO resolution on this.
