    @ViCustomerCare Sad!! One of your support called and assured me that she will send network settings to follow. However I haven't received that msg yet. At the moment I finding difficulty to access your own VI app. Calling 199, no luck. Its doesn't even connect..

    @VodafoneIN From past one month I'm facing problem with network coverage, call drops, no data & customer care unnecessary useless calls. @TRAI @DoT_India whether regulatory have role in such cases or not, no clarify in grievance addressing procedure. Symphony on systems.

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with 599 for 84 days on 21 Jan 2022. The package was supposed to expire on 15 April 2022. You guys changed the plan to 599 for 70 days and expired my plan on 1st April 2022. How can you do that too a customer for a plan that has already been bought?

    @ViCustomerCare feed up with vi customer service. It's been 2 year I changed my jio no in vi post paid. From the starting months they were charging inappropriately and now when after 2 year I came up with a call requesting my due amount. Really suck with company. Do solve soon.!

    @prabs_01 @ViCustomerCare Better to file a case in consumer @ they have to issue a notice or circular even though doesn’t apply on customer who recharged during that time period. While recharging customer agreed on the terms & conditions which doesn’t indicate that they amend existing plan until is over.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare I wanted to say that VI wale pehle recharge ka paisa lelete hai phir speed hi ni dete hai. 50 baar customer care ko call kr lo sir solve ho jayega phir 2 din baad whi speed. VI is giving me the worst 4G speed i ever experienced Kindly resolve this.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Please note I neither switched off my phone nor I can keep my phone on silent mode in Night Time as all calls & msgs are important to me but definitely not such promotional or telecom service msgs which disturb me every night. Please 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare for last 2 days i have not been able to use internet between 12am to 6am. The speed i am getting in this time period is 3.5 kbps but after 6.00am i am getting good speed. Kind fix the issue as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare Visited your store to resolve the issue with my new connection. Instead, the service rep. tried to drive me into getting a new connection altogether claiming my number has been already booked by someone else; all this while not even being 2 months from delivery.
