@VodafoneIN From past one month I'm facing problem with network coverage, call drops, no data & customer care unnecessary useless calls. @TRAI @DoT_India whether regulatory have role in such cases or not, no clarify in grievance addressing procedure. Symphony on systems.

I am a loyal @vodafone @ViCustomerCare for past 13 years. @TRAI I have raised a complaint regarding false call charges on 16th Feb, yet it is not resolved. Highly disappointed the way Vi handles customer complaint/issues. No respect for customers.

Hey @ViCustomerCare your network is literally terrible. Important calls are not coming to my phone, everytime I have to restart the phone for calls to go and come. This cannot be tolerated. Either you improve your services, else I am porting out.
