@VodafoneIN From past one month I'm facing problem with network coverage, call drops, no data & customer care unnecessary useless calls. @TRAI @DoT_India whether regulatory have role in such cases or not, no clarify in grievance addressing procedure. Symphony on systems.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, i have ckecked everything written on the link. In my case as I get the network when I turn my Vodafone internet off. So definitely there is no 4G network near my home. I dont know why i am still using Vodafone. Time for a change now I guess. @VodafoneGroup

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare first provide proper network & internet. Every Saturday Sunday there is problem of internet and coverage. Only tower line shows but no service. When calling massage display no coverage. So plz improve services rather than schemes & advertisement.
