    @ViCustomerCare This is unacceptable. My number 8309023750 has zero SMS service — no incoming, no outgoing.Customer care isn’t responding, I am unable to receive OTPs for banking & verification. Fix this NOW or approve immediate early port-out. This is a service failure.

    I want to port an Airtel prepaid number to Vi prepaid number. My adress and previous number both are under Bengal circle and I want to port it to Kolkata circle. I don’t go for prepaid service. What's the possible way please help @ViCustomerCare
