  @MaheshD62585211 @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Idk why but iPhone is not able to find the 4G network in my area but Android did. I also had to work with 3G until I put the SIM card in an Android phone to find out that the 4G works flawlessly there. Maybe try doing that once.

  @ViCustomerCare Hello Priya My issue is still not resolved, I am not getting sms nor can send to anyone. As I am not getting sms from anyone like bank, apps or other sources, whatever damage will be done in regards to commercially Vi will be responsible. I have to go legal now
