@ViCustomerCare Today my VI sim card (formerly Idea) suddenly stopped showing network. So I went to VI gallery. They told me that your sim card is too old and need to get converted into VI card. I wanted same number with new VI card.

@JioCare Jio network speeds are very slow around 3-4 mbps at pincode-533445. Near by villages which are just 3kms away are getting very high speeds around 95mbps. Why don't u just look around here. Even @Airtel_Presence and @ViCustomerCare are same in my village.

@ViCustomerCare Who authorise you to block these services, it's my choice not to continue with your services. Network issue, continue call drop, internet issue. Several time raised complaint but bullshit, no process so unlock 1900 services.

@ViCustomerCare I was told that i will be provided @PrimeVideo in my redx plan …now it says you have already claimed it.terrible confusion.the network bar shows full network with 4g but the speed i get is only 780kbps .I guess it time to port now.

@ViCustomerCare I recommend you to all those who will read this tweet. Pls do not buy the VI sim because. 1. If your exam or vaiva is going they will call you for the offer they have for the recharge plans. 2. If your exam is going then suddenly your VI network will no network.
