  I did not make any payment for the First Recharge (FRC) because, at the time of porting, the retailer informed me that I would receive one month of unlimited recharge free as a porting benefit. Therefore, I was not asked to make any payment. However, my services are still not working and your system shows that the FRC is pending.   @ViCustomerCare has started functioning like a government department. It feels as though many of its employees believe that whether they provide service or not, their salary will arrive anyway. That’s exactly why people hesitate to join the Vi family.

  @ViCustomerCare I am in transit and my network started showing "No Service". Pathetic service, post calling 198 they are mentioned to wait for 6 hours for service to be restored as they have forwarded the query to network team.

  @ViCustomerCare It's been several days since my complaint was registered. Your team acknowledged that my area is affected by data congestion and assured me the issue would be fixed. However, today's speed test still shows only 0.5 Mbps download, 122 ms ping, and 132 ms jitter. The problem remains unresolved. Please provide a permanent solution or a clear timeline. #Vi

  Zero @ViCustomerCare network coverage for the past 8 months in Bhayli (PIN: 391410), near Shivalik Grace, Vadodara. Extremely disappointing service with no resolution despite repeated complaints. Please resolve this ASAP! 🚫📶
