    @ViCustomerCare It been a superb experience from Vi, for an issue solution happily been crossed a week but yet it been escalated escalated escalated!!!! No solution still!!! Complaint made on 21/01/2022.

    @ViCustomerCare your customer care (Vikash) is misguiding me by saying that my sms is not sending because I am in Roaming. Your executive is misguiding customer because I have been using sms service for last 5 month in roaming. Don't fool customers. @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare not satisfied with vi service,recently ported in to VI, sales person informed 1GB/day with u/n call,but I didn't receive any benifits,now the person is not available in that place from where he sold, called customer care but didn't support,help me to Port me back.

    Facing the sms issue since 16th Jan and till date the issue is not resolved. VI is not providing any alternate way of PORT my sim. Is this legal to block a customer by sending/receiving sms and not allow to PORT VI sim. @jagograhakjago @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Can you losers please specify in detail how to use your **** data services without network.Despite complaining 1000 times no one cares.its 5 years now and still your network sucks as you have no money to install tower or even a booster.

    @ViCustomerCare U have the worst network at all. No network bars at all I have to freaking struggle to make calls cannot rely on wifi also. All my money is wasted my regularly and advanced bill payment ar in vein. Plz work on ur network strength. Douche
