    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare It really doesn’t make sense to talk to customer care executives if they don’t understand your issue, on top of that they’re not willing to listen to you at all, worst customer service I must say. Had a word with Poonam and no output again 👎🏻

    Hello @ViCustomerCare Facing issue with my number for last 1 week. - I get a call, even after accepting the call, it doesn't start for 5-10 secs and disconnects - If call starts and I get to talk to person, after 30-40 secs, call gets disconnected and shows me as missed call

    @ViCustomerCare I have got 2 people calling me .. Rahul and Ravi. Who claim to be from VI customer supp/engineers, who want to come to my house for the issue Im facing. I cant send SMS from my phone. Are these men genuine? Can I let this man inside my house? Please let me know.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia what happened no resolution till date, pack expired, back to India but you are not able to resolved my problem... Refund my money... And teach your customer care that in future no wrong Information delivered to customer....

    @ViCustomerCare i put my number on safe custody for 3 month, and yet i got bill for usage. Called customer care, emailed them but no one resolved my problem. Now today my number was supposed to activate as i already sent mail to customer care but they didn't activate it.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm still facing the issue. @ViCustomerCare support is worst. They only show fixed status of your complaints but in reality they did nothing. I'm shouting from last 26 days but nothing happened. Going to port out soon. @TRAI
