The worst network and service is of @ViCustomerCare They changed my plan without asking me and took away my almost 200gb data! All they can say is sorry and will give me Rs 250 less in my next bill. How much do you charge for a 200 gb data?

@ViCustomerCare Even after payment is made, the customer is not given a receipt of payment and does not immediately process the closure on their number.And says that when the number closes after a week, you will have to repay the remaining rupee.

@ViCustomerCare So why would a customer be better off joining a standard company like Jio than wasting his money in such a lousy company? Vodfone users please be aware of all such scams and join another company in time.

@ViCustomerCare The company does not support the customer at all. Finally I had to pay the wrong amount to activate my number because I have to keep in touch with me but the company that is doing it is really deceptive. In the short run your company will shut down.
