    @ViCustomerCare Despite persistent network issues across all 5 numbers, no bill waiver has not been processed as on date. You aren't supposed to charge bills if your network issues remain unresolved. @TRAI please note.

    @ViCustomerCare Every time extra charges are levied on my number in the name of Value Added Service, this time also ₹ 338 has been charged in the name of Value Added Service whereas I did not use any Value Added Service, I have been associated with the company for the last 16yr

    @ViCustomerCare issue with my data since 2 days. I raised ticket on 24th and got call on 25th which i disconnected as was driving. Thn thr was no call technical team. If u can call 10 times for promotion thn why cant u call atleast 2nd time to resolve issue. Number 9702797000

    @ViCustomerCare First improve your costumer support then prompote. Wasted one hour in trying to reach costumer support. Tried VI app, VI Care on whatsapp and called 199 nothing worked.

    @ViCustomerCare If your site is highly optimised, and then also my signal strength is more than 105dbm, than i am sorry to tell you that i am porting both my number and it's better to file for dissolution of your company, because it can't function like this.

    Hi, @ViCustomerCare I tried to reach out customer care. But finally didn't found a way to contact. Completly exhausted with the experience of your serviece. Tried VI app, VI care on whatsapp, called 199 nothing works. Almost wasted an hour. Did you stopped supporting customers ?
