    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi Team , 2 times I received the massage of issue Resolved! But still i am facing same issue. If i am selecting 2G network then only voice quality is good but not at 3G or 4G Mode. Not me, even other Vi user in UP west Jewar Ronija Zone facing same issue. Thnk

    @ViCustomerCare asked to visit Vi office twice to upgrade 4G Sim during lockdown and had to endure insults, Customer care representatives mislead and mislead by giving false information.😡 such a bad experience from the last ten years When are you going to change? cc @TRAI
