@ViCustomerCare @SarkarMania Pathetic customer service. Just before the 365 days recharge internet was working very well but after 1799 recharge the speed has downgraded to lowest, even sending a single message take more time than before. 365 din ke paise le liye.

@TRAI it was confirmed by Vi customer care that my IR pack is active but got charged. Now they are saying those charges are fair. They are not ready to listen to the call where the CC rep confirmed. Its a fraud #VodaideaFRAUD @ViCustomerCare @ViVodaidea
