@ViCustomerCare Is your VoLTE service down in Whitefield area? Is a professional company like Vodafone run by children that needs follow up every so frequently. Without VoLTE you do not allow phone calls to be made. Is it so difficult to ensure VoLTE services automatically?

Hello @ViCustomerCare ,@VodafoneGroup, Why you guys have given an option in VI app to choose choice number online if you are not able to provide proper service in this field. I booked a sim on 23rd of October and yet simcard not delivered to me.

@ViCustomerCare In our area Mubarakpur, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, PIN CODE- 276404, Internet speed is very very slow, only 3G and 2G network comes, only sometimes 4G network comes with very slow speed. Please take my concern and Improve network speed.

@Airtel_Presence How difficult is to Port on your network from @ViCustomerCare . Have placed two requests in last one month for sim delivery and number portability, but no follow ups and call backs. Tried calling on the number but no one picked up. Care to help?
