    @ViCustomerCare I already escalate this issue on dec 2020 but still no further action received. That time also you told for DM complete detail but after DM no response from ur end actually you are selecting DM option so we do not post issues publically. @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is a big fraud. Executives are unprofessional & seems they have told to make the customer fool and looting money at any cost. I have never seen the company like this. My complaint no. is C003-102048380436 . Hope my voice reach to some deaf ears.

    @ViCustomerCare hi Team, the Vi network is never more than 1 bar in the signal in my area except in few corners where it reaches 2 bars. The signal is full when I go to outside Rajarhat area. Please help.
