  @ViCustomerCare I recharged for a 2 Day data pack but I cannot access the Internet. I've restarted my phone, toggled Aeroplane mode on/off, made sure sim is in slot 1.. But nothing. Help please. I can see 4G+ symbol but no websites work

  @ViCustomerCare Please focus your resources on improving your network rather than posting advertisements when you are unable to fulfil the promise. Don't promise users a good network and good customer service; the worst customer service is Vi, I'm extremely disappointed. @ViBusinessIndia
