    @ViCustomerCare vi network team survey my location today .They have improved only network signal strength but the problem which actually I cant use internet during call time not solved till now.very pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare I already spoke to the billing department and customer service with ref# C004-132731413825 so, I don't know what additional details you need, You can listen to the call recording. Its surprising that your finance department is able to call asking for bill payment but you are not

    @ViCustomerCare I am really disappointed in vi service, i have been complaining since last year regarding internet speed in my locality but no action has been taken by your side. Vi claims of #Giganet fastest net and Customer service priority but they are all fake assumptions.

    @NarvijayYadav @ViCustomerCare Vi s today the worst service provider! Even my sister suffered the same issue. Her balance was about 120 Rs & within a period of 5-6 months she was left with Rs 10 despite using Unlimited plan. She kept calling the customer care but all efforts in vain!

    All operators like @airtelindia @reliancejio give Free caller tune service to their coustmour. Does @ViCustomerCare have any such benefits...?

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my number to vi but right now I don’t have proof of address as I have just changed my residence but I have proof of identity so is it enough to get a new SIM card deliver to my new address without any issues ?

    @ViCustomerCare Why i am getting calls again And again from you. I don't want your services anymore. If you disturb me again with your calls i will complain against you in #TRAI. ur service is worst.your executive also made me to wait 5mins to connect to their higher official
