@ViCustomerCare iam fed up of complaining again and again but nothing improved my vi prepaid connection the internet is so slow it was awful already but since last 1 months it just doesnt works network coverage has not been improved nothing works

@ViCustomerCare hi, I recharged my no with 399 pack for 56 days right now, with my calculations my 56 days end on 9th august but as I received ur message its going to end on 11th July, my other packs also end so early. I dnt have time to complaint that doesn’t mean this was (1/2)

@ViCustomerCare Hi! From few weeks I m facing a wierd issue of SIM NOT ALLOWED error often. There is Network problem calls can't be made as SIM status is out of Network. What is this new problem? Pls resolve the issue asap. For Vi number and location pls check DM
