    I have changed plans multiple times in @ViCustomerCare but it never took more than half an hour to activate and get all numbers going. Why does @JioCare need 24 exact hours to simply add a secondary number to a Postpaid plan. Why are we stuck at 'incoming calls only'

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Neha, I am willing to recharge of Rs. 719 I have own money in my account balance why I am not able to recharge from it. If not, I was file a complaint against this order in consumer tribunal.

    Issue is not resolve yet, Facing the same issue, if Vi cant resolve issue i ll request to don’t advertise that Vi is the fastest network, I think Airtel is much better than Vi @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Dear mam I want network in 9696657456 which is lying at your vi store for resolution. But I don't think it can be resolved after view this news that 7000 crores is pending for payment to indus tower. Please contact your vi store The sim is lying with vi st Contact no. 99999 90096

    Vodafone #vicustomercare should immediately shut down as they're completely bankrupt and can't provide any network at all but is taking money for providing 4G network services. They're not capable of providing anything beyond 2G. Worst telecom Company ever.

    @ViCustomerCare My friend needs urgent support in SIM reissue as he lost his phone, VI care in chennai is not issuing a SIM since his account is COCP , Gujarat circle. However he had left the company 4 years back and moved to chennai . He cant access gmail,otp as his phone lost
