    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare this is the condition of so called "best" network of India. There is no 4G network since 4-5 days. And the customer support doesn't even care to see or reply to my DM. Worst customer service, worst network. Time to port out

    Had takn primevideos anual sbcripn on Nov2025 through my Vodafone ac. I stopd the auto renewal of this on Feb2026. my sbcripn stopd completely whch ideally shud b wrkig till Nov2026 .@MoIB_Official please help. Feel cheated. @VodafoneIN n @PrimeVideo r u readin? Cud u help?

    @ViCustomerCare Why don’t you fix your customer care first?? You have said I’ve used 50% of 300 gb international roaming in one day! And all I’ve done is answer emails and WhatsApp’s.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, to explain why I’m paying a ₹200 premium for postpaid just to get: • Zero signal 📶 • Zero data 🌐 • Zero outgoing/incoming calls 📞 paying more for a decorative SIM at this point. Do better. #Vi #VodafoneIdea #PoorService @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial
