    @ViCustomerCare Give service to your retailers first... 6 days gone without any balance..what are you doing with your distributor and company officials?? Are you waiting for the legal action from your retailers??

    @ViCustomerCare Some toll-free numbers still work on Vi, so this appears to be a routing/interconnect issue affecting specific numbers. Please investigate and resolve urgently. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Speed is good in my area but I don't know why the page is not open from the VI network in my laptop ,many complaints raised but no single action taken. When we connect with another network it's working fine and the page is loaded fast. What type of quality is vi using. Please fix

    @ViCustomerCare Same reply, rudely force me to recharge. While there is no network signal, why do I pay a minimum of Rs 179/-. Share UPC for porting. Don't waste time.

    If paying higher for better signal strength and speed gives me just about the same (mostly) as to Jio offering me. Then I'm better of using Jio. @ViCustomerCare
