    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for prompt response. Would u pls let us know when this upgrade will be happened. Don't tell us soon. As it been already more than 6 months (don't know why this much time was taken to identify issue). If it would take more 2-3 months then no reason to stay with #vinetwork

    @KotakBankLtd still not able to break FD and transfer amount to savings account to use money. Please help in resolving this issue. Your customer care number doesn't work on @VodafoneIN network, I hear my own voice back.

    @ViCustomerCare TBH, I've set up a email rule on my inbox. But I complain becos I don't want other ppl's personal info, incl. home address, emailed to me. Please fix this. Removing my email from another a/c isn't a resolution if another num is going to be linked a few days later.

    @ViCustomerCare I send such complaints via DM only because I have had legal notices sent to my email by IDEA in the past because your customers fail to pay bills. I do not want to be subjected to such harassment for someone else's slip-ups, be it yours or your customer's.
