    @ViCustomerCare Hello VI, there is a VAS service activated on my account which doesn't even have the balance to subscribe. Now deactivation via BOT chat in VI app isn't working nor permits to send SMS 155223 Let me know how can I deactivate this as this charges 35₹ per week
