    @ViCustomerCare Still no update after 3 days. The promised 12–24 hour SIM delivery seems to have turned into an indefinite wait. Should I take this as a hint to cancel the port request and switch to @reliancejio instead?

    @sundar_s1955 @ViCustomerCare Sir, I had similar experience and Vodafone management was interested in resolving the issue, though I was the customer for longest period.
