  @ViCustomerCare I hope you are not joking. How do you plan to reach me if your network strength is poor. Also without the VoLTE service your systems are configured to not allow normal calls to connect. Can you send a technician?

  @ViCustomerCare Sent. But that is where the problem is. You should not have to call individual customers just because they are tweeting. Some more responsibility and ownership is expected of the problems of such telecom provider having such a massive customer base

  @ViCustomerCare I have had it with your network now!! I am unable to use data connection for past 2-3 days. I raised a compliant and then it showed it was resolved after a few hours. But nothing was resolved!! There is always an issue with my internet connection, why?!
