@ViCustomerCare I got a number issued in april’22. The sim didn’t work on inserting in my phone and I did not have the time to wait for another 4 hours. The vi store in cp inner circle suggested to get another number and they will cancel the number in question here. (2/3)

@ViCustomerCare I've been facing network issues from last two weeks in intervals. Suddenly network vanishes from my phone and appears back after a good 4-5 hours. I ignored at first. Today it happened again during an important call. And from then it's been 6 Hours. +1

@ViCustomerCare the info you have sharwd on dm is useless as it says my complaint is registered and will be resolved by 1040 am on june 18th. ur representative has merely copy pasted the msg and sent it when the timeline for resolving has already passed. nobody is helping at all.

@AjayKum42076222 @ViCustomerCare Exactly !dea subscriber since 2013 used IDEA 3G & had received good speed but the day when my !dea SIM latches in Vodafone India signal from that day all gone worst. IDEA should not agreed to merge with Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare received a call from your customer care to upgrade the plan; asked for the details to consider, wishing 30 mins Got a message that I have requested for a plan change when I clearly didn’t!! Kindly check and stop this unethical practice of forcing an upgrade!!
