@vodafone It's been 25 days since my 3rd complaint for having issues with call connectivity in Bihar circle, but @ViCustomerCare nor their engineer is bothering to resolve this issue, except giving excuses. Pathetic company/Network and support. Leaving this network on priority.

@ViCustomerCare As usual no help from your priority service desk, only false promises. rather one Mr deep singh (must be a fake name) had the audacity to tell me that my documents are incomplete and that's why I can't get the connection back

@ViCustomerCare @vodafone pls don't make any notes. If you can serve then act else pls ask your customer to leave this #Vodafone network. Nobody from the team bothered to inquire about issues except calling and enquiring issues.

@ViCustomerCare MY TRIP IS ENDING TOMORROW AND THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED, I WAS CONNECTED TO AN AGENT VIA WHATSAPP BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. Now I shall be taking a formal action after coming to India because anyways my 3999+GST is wasted as i am not able to UTILISE THE SERVICES.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS This network issue has completely broken my patience. Calls don’t connect, internet doesn’t work — it’s mentally exhausting. The day 90 days are completed, I will port out without delay. Please fix the network before losing customers.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Enough is enough. Continuous network failures have pushed me to the limit. If this isn’t fixed, the day my 90 days are completed, I will port out immediately. Please share my port code now. I’m done waiting.
