@ViCustomerCare thief company that knows how to take money, does not give facilities to the customer, the network in our home town is very bad, complained a lot but no effort to correct the network of Dibiyapur city, vodaidea is not responding to the complaint ten days.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic that I was given a call and told that I have to pay Rs 986 for something which I haven't downloaded .Worst case is that vi itself is not able to give me the name of the content that I m being charged. what in the world is this? Morning was told that it will be waived.
