    @ViCustomerCare @doy @TRAI now the network down issue is solved and internet connectivity work properly but this kind of waiting for calling on VI customer care and they disconnect me total 3 times that was ridiculous

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, I am at my natives place for 3 weeks and my mobile number is almost dead. No network coverage, no calls no messages. When someone dialing my no, ivr saying it's a wrong number. What kind of service it is? Very disappointed :( #vodafoneidealimited
