    @ViCustomerCare The method of checking issue by you is very old, if today i have used more data, it means the site is working properly, technology doesn't matter what are you giving, no VOLTE, no calls no sms on 4G, once the call or message has arrived, 4G again comes only after airplane mode.

    @ViCustomerCare My 4G services aren’t working properly. The internet runs very slow. Tried connecting with your CS team but isn’t going through. VI app doesn’t even have an option to troubleshoot neither there’s anything in the FAQ section. Do get it sorted asap!

    On the other hand, I've faced just one issue with Jio where they didn't give me unthrottled speed despite having an additional data pack about 2-3 years ago. Seriously considering moving my number to Jio. Anyone's better than @ViCustomerCare at this point.
