  @ViCustomerCare Customer service centre at Kolkata (Dumdum Motijheel) says to continue mobile number 9674859974, user has to convert from prepaid to postpaid. Why shall a prepaid customer be treated in such manner? Kindly elaborate and provide appropriate resolution
