    @ViCustomerCare Recently I had complained.. your nodal called and informed team working on … **** what lousy team …. Now u can see … a simple page takes ages to open … location same as complained surprising signal full all five sticks … oh my God .. what a pain to have Vi service

    Bad customer service provider . My VI number incoming call is not working if another person is calling me . It is showing call ended . it is effecting me alot . I have complaint in the customer care told that my complaint will be processed after 4 nov @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare ... I still do not have a resolution and your roaming pack is not working. Can you please escalate internally ? One of your agents mentioned that International roaming will not work with an eSIM. Is this the case ?

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised my complaint on Airtel thanks app for multiple times but didn't get solution.... Everytime just getting status on app “still working on your complain” but never solved my problem!! Very cheap and disgusting service

    @ViCustomerCare I had tweeted this issue Friday with my different twitter account in which all the details were shared. @DoT_India @TRAI pls this is a serious issue they have taken my money and have not done anything to refund the same
