  @ViCustomerCare Purchased Postpaid vip number since last 20 days. No any verification done. Now all services are suspended after using it for 15 days. Visited store 5times and called customer care 4-5 times. Needed urgent verification and activation as I am visiting Kashmir. Pls

  @ViCustomerCare @shantanunandan2 No .. I don't think you should discuss this issue via direct message to Shantanu .. as a citizen we need to know truth behind this .. and if it's an error at your end, VI license in Arunachal should be cancelled
