    @ViCustomerCare Its 8826659816. I want my services to be restored and running till the time the portout is not completed. There is full signal bars in my phone, yet I am unable to access internet/data.

    @ViCustomerCare What has changed, Vi? Please clarify. I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. Based on their advice, I did an additional ₹200 recharge, and I already had around ₹170 balance.
