    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare He my issue has been resolved now mr pramod has sent 100rs which he charged extra from me for port fees so he has no obligation from my side.. So please resolve this issue now
