@ViCustomerCare @namitfuria pathetic service by Vodafone no network maximum time in jammu & Kashmir there is no use to convert prepaid to postpaid waist of money while shift to prepaid to postpaid there is 300/-rs charges by gallery and no use it's horrible

Hi @ViCustomerCare, Could you please check if there is a ghost on your mobile tower at my place. Past week from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM network is dropped and no-one with vi sim is reachable for the duration.
