@ViCustomerCare u can't provide proper service to ur existing customer and always gives us a call for new connection. First improve ur existing service so that anyone can else will take interest Really fed up with your connection will change to @reliancejio or @airtelindia soon

@ViCustomerCare denying a customer the provision to send sms even with a valid account balance. Forcing them to opt for 129Rs+ package for sending an emergency sms. wonderful! No wonder why people are leaving vi!

And now I'm frustrated with your network even I had registered my complain many times on customer care but not get any solution from them. So I request you to fix this issue with in a week. I will port my number to Jio or Airtel after a week. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS 2/2
