    @ViCustomerCare Still we have not got any resolution. Worst service. Wrong caller tune only still active for us. And we are being charged for wrong caller tune which is called extortion

    Never buy an international roaming pack from @ViCustomerCare I got one for 7 days of validity. 5 days gone still they are not not able to make it work. They dont even agree to refund my money even when telhey dont have any resolution

    @ViCustomerCare i am unable to use Vodafone internet. I make it 4g volte. But it is automatically changes to 2g though 4g is available here. Help me out regarding this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare It's such a pain with the worst network you people provide. Doesn't matter whether u are in Delhi-NCR or in some city of UP, the internet connectivity is pathetic. You people improved nothing in last 4-5 years. Finally decided to port my number. Worst service VI.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN And after I raised the issue they could not write anything on my post . But wrote all sorts of **** on my personal dm. Shame on you @vodafone . Their customer care tortured me everyday for 8 days just repeating the same story. Like other companies doing frauds, U 2 will pay.
