    @ViCustomerCare Vi management is full of idiots. Just improve service. U would not need to hire SRK.

    @ViCustomerCare My area doesn't even have proper 4G coverage. Please increase the coverage area. I'd love to use Vi service if the network is good enough. WB 731236

    @ViCustomerCare May I know in what way you are making changes? I ask because I have noticed that your network service isn't exactly great. So, what specific aspects of the company are you looking to change? 🤔🤔🤔🤔.....

    @ViCustomerCare Rather than making rich people more rich, you should work more on your network

    @ViCustomerCare I just wanted to share my advise, those funds could have been used on your network to provide good network service to existing customers. When existing customers share the good feedback of your network, that's what get you more customers. Not a fandom of SRK

    @ViCustomerCare instead of paying huge money for promotion, try to fix your services and plan, then you don’t need big celebrities , I remember the days when #Hutch was using only a Cute Dog to promote. “Wherever you go, our network follows” but you ruined Hutch

    @ViCustomerCare Only change in logo. No improvement in service, network etc. even the utility payment section in the VI app is not working since last 2 months and your customer service team has no update on that. Such a rubbish company

    @IndianTechGuide Instead of moving that yellow dot from bottom to top and spending million of dollars on logo change, best would have been spending that amount on Infrastructure to improve Network Coverage... @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Fix your network first
