    @ViCustomerCare Really disappointed at the sub-par customer service. No resolution despite visiting the store multiple times and calling/sending multiple mails for the last 4 months. Have faced so much inconvenience (monetary loss as well as time wastage) due to misguidance from your company.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I have Vi upgraded sim worst network. I raised an complaint 5months ago and yet they havent resolved it and sending me bill of 2500 and asking to pay it for the services i was not able to use only. And now giving threatining to my parents and other frdns.

    @ViCustomerCare I activated caller tune on my idea number 7860094888. To avail of this tune I have recharged 47 Rs.But after all of this my subscription for caller tune is still showing pending. I contacted customer care  to solve this problem .But I didn't get satisfactory reply

    @TRAI i bought new @ViCustomerCare #vi postpaid sim on 15 march And the service of vi is worst in all Now i want to permanently deactivate the sim Is it compulsory to use it for 90 days And my bills are also clear Help me @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Despite of activating full DND, i am getting telemarketing & spam calls from @medlifecare daily. This is very irritating!! I have complained medlife customer care as well, but they dont solve this. Pls intervene @DoT_India

    @TheNetworkWala @ViCustomerCare I have raised an complaint regarding my call drops, slow internet, and no network. And from last five months vodafone has completely blocked my network and sending me the bills only... This is the worst service Vi is thirdclass
