    @ViCustomerCare No, I don't. You add new outgoing SMS pack to recharges or i am porting out today itself and i recommend all the people to port out to any Other Network which gives SMS packs separately rather than recharging unlimited pack to get outgoing SMS in second sim..Hate @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have applied to port my no from postpaid to prepaid twice at your Krishna Nagar Delhi VI centre , but got rejected both the times because of mistakes ofyour costumer care executive, and bills on my no. Are continuously being raised, really a bad experience and

    @ViCustomerCare improve your network service.Mostly time network stuck in 2g and 3g while travelling.Can't use Internet,Call service also poor, automatic call disconnected many times,can't hear voice during call after some time & call automatically ended,Network bar not stable.

    I had a sim card,not now in use,which i bought from Idea about 3years before.When I call my old number,it says "the number doesn't exist",which means my old number is perhaps sold to nobody till now.Please help me get back my old number. @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare #DoTSewa
