@ViCustomerCare why are FLASH sms service suddenly switched-on in my mobile? There was no intimation of any sort via mail or sms and suddenly few days back the annoying pop-up SMS are coming?

@ViCustomerCare have raised a request for surrendering an old number.. cleared all outstanding dues.. but still being asked by your customer care to visit your store for disconnection !! Y do I HAVE TO VISIT ? I have not been using the number for almost year..but still paid bills

In case of more cloudy or rainy weather, the network switches from 4G to 2G. And the internet speed becomes very slow while making indoor calls. Please correct or else we will be forced to leave the vi side. @ViCustomerCare
