  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

  @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, hope you're well. Your dept has declined to register a network coverage issue for a specific area, as I don't reside there. I visited that place & there was no data connectivity, hence I raised a concern. Please be fair & resolve this issue... Senseless!

  @ViCustomerCare The order has been cancelled last week without informing me and I thought it's good as the beginning is so awful and I wondered how it would be in future, however I haven't received the refund yet,i placed the order on 22nd August and today is the 1st of September, kindly refund

  @ViCustomerCare I’d like to draw attention to the Bihta area in Patna district, where NIT Patna’s Bihta campus is located. With 4,000+ students, it’s disappointing that none of the major telecom operators provide proper 5G connectivity here. Airtel, Jio, everything sucks.
