    @ViCustomerCare Was that resolution? For resolution you should know the issue first. But yeah.. you can call it as resolution like your DND complaint resolutions, where you close it at your convenience and actually it does not have anything done. I am still waiting for the answers of those.

    @ViCustomerCare Your protocol is so strict than other diplomatic offices, I came to Vi store at madurai,kalavasal at 16:45hrs from 15kms, unfortunately the store has denied and thrown me out ...woow Vi. Thats so called "customer care".

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone has really started harassing customers, I recharged yesterday and am yet to receive the benefits after innumerable calls and email to apellate authority (Jharkhand). IS THERE NO SOLUTION TO MY WOES, IS VODAFONE DEAF TO ITS CUSTOMERS
