    @ViCustomerCare And yet you guys saying there is no issue. Vodafone customer care service is worst and pathetic. Your customer executives are big time liars. They all are doing fraud. They are just simply closing tickets without providing any resolutions.

    @ViCustomerCare seems Iike you can't afford diesel for generator. As soon as power supply cuts, we face network blackout. No actions taken even after lots of complaints. Even your customer care executive fails to help. I hope for inquiry on mobile network maintenance executive.

    Thank u @ViCustomerCare .I had a long relationship with Vi services and ur net speed was also good but U have "Worst" customer support forcing me to change my services now..Hope u improve ur services and don't let/ force other loyal customers to switch .

    @ViCustomerCare Today i received email from your team and they are saying there is no issue at their end. I have clearly shown to your network engineer that in my area there is no 4g network and your engineer told me to use 2g network only. how can you say that there is no issue
