Never ever do mistake to buy idea postpaid or any other idea services. Once you are have purchased it u are trapped, they won't allow to to change your cooperate plan to normal and will charge u like anything @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare hi I am using VI SIM card last 3 months by porting from Airtel. Thought that you will provide better network or better connectivity from them. but I was wrong you are worst than Airtel. Your tag line India's fastest 4g is wrong.

@ViCustomerCare never ever I have faced this much network issu if you sim don't want to give me 4g speed then don't show 4g that explains slow net but the 4g is **** as your name 😭😭😐

@ViCustomerCare It is discussed only, not addressed. You have told me to wait till the bill generation i.e 5th July. Then after you will be able to resolve the issue.
