Now VI has make a routine of activating random service on customer number without their permission and deducting money automatically from customer balance. Amount deducted for the fourth time for such services even though I have not subscribe for it. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare You need to focus on improvement of network coverage,not offerings. Your network coverage throughout the company is weak or inadequate. So focus on network improvement to winback more customers.
