@ViCustomerCare Hi team very disappointed from your team no one is solving my issue i wont pay the bill or probide me waiver but before that solve my issue. There is no point to provide 70 gb data if o cant use it even i cant open my VI application on my i phone.waiting for positive response

Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare ..post 18 hrs of sim replacement it's not yet activated.we have been to vi store twice for the same process and yet exec called us again fr third time. time to say bye bye to VI india..

Your customer service is way below standards @ViCustomerCare I activated an international roaming plan on my number last month but you still generated a huge outstanding bill on my number without any notice. And since 6 days I'm waiting for this dispute resolution from your team.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team really disappointed from your customer care team i am facing issue in speed and no one is responding propery. I have file the complaint 4 times and they are saying it will take 90 days to resove your issue. Really worst experience.
