@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

@ViCustomerCare facing slow internet in my area (damoh). I have raised many of complaints something about 5 or 6 but does not making any sense.After 6 pm I even get issue in YouTube. The sim is not for downloading.And when calling internet gets off.Will try to port sim soon

@ViCustomerCare I ported my number from airtel to vi dated 12-11-2021 time 10:30 PM but Till now show emergency call only. Yesterday I went to dwarka sector 12 VI store they gave me another sim which also did not work .today I went janakpuri distric center VI store
