    Why should a @ViCustomerCare user recharge it? When its network is not available everywhere, it is not available at all near my house. I have been using this SIM for many years.Please solve this problem permanently otherwise I will have to join another company. @DoT_India #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry, i dont want to talk to any your personal.. I have shared you the location, I will wait for 1 week for Improvement, if not, I will port to jio or airtel. I am using this network from 2010 or may be be more earlier.

    @ViCustomerCare If you want to solve my problem then do it or else it doesn't matter. According to me, VI is the worst network provider and I will not encourage anyone to buy a VI SIM. VI has wasted a lot of my time and money. I can show the complaint no. and conversations of the last 2 yrs

    @DoT_India The service provider has not made any improvement in the above mentioned situation. I have taken the plan with the highest tariff but there is no network for the last 18 days and now the voice call also became very poor quality. @ViCustomerCare

    Ordered a premium SIM from @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia via their website and paid for it, it’s been 48+ hours and still no update. Customer care just keeps saying “we’ll do delivery” but nothing happens. Absolutely pathetic service. 👎 #VI #VodafoneIdea #PoorService

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing 4G VoLTE issues & frequent call drops for 4+ months. Phone shows full network with VoLTE but zero internet. I’ve tweeted many times — issue gets fixed briefly, then comes back. I now expect a proper solution or I’ll go to consumer court. #ViIndia
