@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

Hello, @ViCustomerCare I am experiencing a few issues with my new #oneplus115g 1. Hotspot Speed is too slow & can't play OTT apps on TV 2. Even with the mobile data, @Twitter isn't getting loaded. not sure whether it's related to the network or the device. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Got call from Vi support STAYING VI IS GOOD AND ALL ETC. AND DISCONNECTED CALL BY SAYING CUSTOMER USING UNPROFESSIONAL WORD WHEN U ASK THERE NAME.

@ViCustomerCare my sim was not working visited vi gandhinagar br to replace with new sim i was forced to recharge for rs 70. Instead actual cost of₹ 50. More over i had to wait for 10 minutes even there were 4 staff sitting free .Due to law quality of sim i face this issue
