@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare vi claimed to be no internet provider. There is proper network Or internet in my no 9955857504 inspire of lodging complaint to my area pin 431506. You say inside connectivity isbslow and outside is ok . Using internet i have gooutside what a joke

2/2 after that I am busy in some personal work then I again visited @ViCustomerCare office on 27 Feb, 2021 then they Given me a new sim card, I never used data on this sim, why are internet uses are showing in my bill, I am not going to pay this amount.
