@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare There is fraud going on for long time .Everytime I recharge , some service gets started automatically and it cuts the amount from my balance. I don't opt for any service still it activates.Even if I unsubscribe , i don't get my bal back. You are looting people by doing this.

my 98 rs wasted because of corrupted fraud @ViCustomerCare did not inform me about min balance to run the data services instead they send bullshit recharge offers to loot and fraud the customer, now telling me recharge again with 99 to do the internet 🐷

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare My issue has still not been resolved. Despite elaborating everything on your message box and several phone calls from Vi Customer care, there has been no proper resolution to my grievance. If the issue is not resolved then I will be constrained to take legal action.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I have no hope in VI NETWORK now Every Customer should be important for u. Even if one customer faces the issue, you should resolve it. You don't have many customers in HARIPAD - 690513, Because of Network issue. If u improve, you will definitely get customers
