@ViCustomerCare @TRAI How autocratic the VODAFONE is? Approx 50 mnts gone and here no response from the worse customer services. They don't make any sense abt customer issues, only money of customer hardwork earning matters for them. Really disgusting ridiculous.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Unable to VI Guarantee monthly 10GB as per recharge pack. When contacted VI customer care, they told that I need to exhausted Unlimited 5G pack first (currently in area where they don't have 5G). They told still I need to exhaust. Super knowledgeable

You are giving me parroted replies from your list of ‘to-go’ replies and I am tired of this back and forth. You have blocked my services from May. No proper answers to any of my questions. I am this close to complaining to consumer court because you are NOT ANSWERING MY QUERIES. Give me the escalation matrix email. Who is next up in line?
