  @ViCustomerCare - my international roaming is not working even after recharge. I am getting no service. Customer care hangs up the call falsely claiming they cannot hear me.

  @ViCustomerCare recharge done but still no service, can’t make calls at all. Called support and they disconnected without resolving. This is extremely frustrating. Fix this immediately! #poorservice😠

  @ViCustomerCare 2+ months & still no working 5G on my postpaid with Vodafone Idea Limited. Fake “resolved” updates, but service is dead. Still being charged. Escalating to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India & Department of Telecommunications. Fix it or legal action next.

  I recharged 48 rupees and promised that 6gb data will be provided, just an hour before, but I can't use the internet, when I checked out, said that I already consumed the data. there is no direct inquiry option is not been given to address my issue. VI loot me. @ViCustomerCare

  Why my unlimited 4g data is not working , even i have recently done new recharge of 398₹ on 5 april 2026, why you people are counting 300GB data consumed with it, i have consumed that 300gb data of previous month recharge 😡 so frustrating VI @ViCustomerCare , solve this now

  @TRAI @TRAI please check my post regarding the issue that I'm facing with @ViCustomerCare they're not able to solve the network issue that i had been facing tried every possible solution, wrote emails, visited their care center and also connected with the customer care and backend team

  @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.
