I will travel often due to my health & no assurance from Vi, it won't allow any transactions without OTP. Except that the new SIM hasn't activated in 4+ hrs and multiple visits to the Vi store and now I'm without a working mobile number. Should I port to Jio or Airtel?

A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update.
