Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. Everyone is moving fastly to 5G, and Vi is still giving me an 'E' network. Several complaints were made, but it seems they least bothered their customer's complaints. @ViCustomerCare

I get 4G+ normally, but as soon as a voice call connects, the 4G+ icon disappears and mobile data stops. I also don't see VoLTE/HD.
