    @VodafoneIN still no improvement.. infact your signal strength has worsened after your engineer visited. Note that this is a corporate number and now would have to log in a complaint to the office admin to port out.

    @VodafoneIN my number +919702551100 is facing same problems of network at my registered address and it’s not solved and looks like you are not taking it sincerely , calls drop after couple of minutes, strange noise is heard while on call just fed up.;(

    @harshilmehta1 @VodafoneIN Yes I have been facing that as well - since last evening it has been pathetic network - neither calls get through nor data works - apps don’t open as well - while the network shows 4G and 3G

    (1/n) @ViCustomerCare I have done a recharge of Rs. 99 in my mobile no. Now if i want to send sms from my number,why I am unable to send?? Previously there were no issues,was able to send sms and the amount was deducted from my main balance.

    @ViCustomerCare If the problem is not resolved and the recharge has not been done within 24 hours, I will be forced to do MNP to some other service provider. I am not afford to lose the connectivity. You can easily lose one customer by non-cooperating Urgent Action is solicited.

    @ViCustomerCare I have contacted the customer care 199 and spoke t there at around 10.00 pm. He was not ready to escalate the call to the higher up. Today, 05-01-2022, at 12.26pm I spoke to your customer care executive was also not ready to escalate the call to managerial level.
