    Essentially you can get a new sim home delivered, but not an existing sim with the carrier! Bad customer service to existing customers, how is that supposed to work? @ViCustomerCare do you really care?

    There is serious network issue in my hometown (Goregaon, Dist Hingoli, Maharashtra 431703). People regularly raised voice but very apathetic service from @ViCustomerCare People are already suffering due to pendamic please don't torture us anymore. #GoregaonNetwork

    @ViCustomerCare Instead of advertisements claiming Vi network is the fastest in India, can you guys actually work on the ground and do something to provide proper internet services to your customers.
