    @ViCustomerCare Being an old user of vodaphone i am totally unsatisfied how now a days your team is not concerned about our problems , i am facing a serious network issue in my area for last few weeks . Also not getting a proper response from the customer care .

    @ViCustomerCare What is happening with VI network. No network since morning. Now network available briefly but no 4G. It's happening every weekend. The data rollover is waste every time. The after service is very bad. At this rate, sustaining in India is difficult for VI.

    @ViCustomerCare No one contacted me and my number 9899161071 is fully on please contact me now. Further, just now got another call from your call centre. The agent was very rude and doesn't even know basics of customer care!

    @ViCustomerCare We have made two payments : 1) 21-Feb-2021 TO TRANSFER UPI/DR/105219226926/VODAFONE/HSBC/viposvf@hs/NO RE 2) 21-Feb-2021 TO TRANSFER UPI/DR/105208767961/BHIM Bil/SBIN/billpay.sb/Feb.b We have complaint several times but didn't received the second payment yet.
