    @VodafoneIN I'm continuously facing problems in your Network and services. As Vodafone promised a rebate of ₹ 100 and in return asked me to cancel the request for the port which I did but my bill has not received any rebate of ₹ 100.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining since 3 months regarding poor indoor coverage in my area plus slow internet speed. I have already ported 10 vi sim and today iam going to port out 3 more.

    @ViCustomerCare although so many customer care number given but none of them provide direct talk facility with person who supposed to appoint to solve customer problems. Worst experience with vi.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I switched my sim to postpaid. It got activated earlier today but no calls seems to be going through. It says ‘this facility is not available’ and asks me to call customer care which also says the same. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare @DownDetectorIN Seems like VI network is down. It says ‘No Service’ and We are unable to find VI in manually search under network selection for last 45 minutes. The area zip code is 400102
