    @VodafoneIN I'm continuously facing problems in you Network and services. As Vodafone promised a rebate of ₹ 100 and in return asked me to cancel the request for the port which I did but my bill has not received any rebate of ₹ 100.!

    @ViCustomerCare I don't have any alternate number. I just need to know where to post complaint. I am getting deductions frequently for services which I don't choose and they are getting activated without my consent.

    @ViCustomerCare I have tweeted the concern and numbers are shared in personal chat. There is no network in KR Puram 560036 for more than 1 year moreover though the network shows 4G+ , it only gives 2G speed with a network bar of 2.I have recently brought 2 new phones and it's the same situation

    @ViCustomerCare @RBI @PMOIndia fraud company suddenly you stops services on a number and when customer turns at your outlet, you ask him for a vi postpaid. In case he does not have then he has to purchase a new postpaid number... really hats off just to get a prepaid number alive
