    @VodafoneIN I'm continuously facing problems in your Network and services. As Vodafone promised a rebate of ₹ 100 and in return asked me to cancel the request for the port which I did but my bill has not received any rebate of ₹ 100.

    @VodafoneIN Dear @VodafoneIN we are paying for 4G network accordingly your plans, and in the result we are being served 2G network - “E” most of the time & 3-4times call drops at each & every calls.

    @jignesh2594 @VodafoneIN they are not able to solve the complaints don't waste your time as they are very careless about there network at your location, they will just make excuses and close the complain without any resolution. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Worst internet and network related problem I'm facing from many days, ther is no any proper resolution from team Vodafone. Well i just want to let you know that I'm paying for the service it's not free. If it's not resolved in 2 days i request Vodafone to pay my Bill.

    @VodafoneIN since from 6 days I am waiting for a resolution against my Complaint but i think team of Vodafone is sleeping in this lockdown time.!

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    @ViCustomerCare No; WHY should I reach out to you PRIVATELY? Let's discuss in a public space how INEPT Vodafone & its TOP management is!! As for my "exact issue" - check with Abhijit Kishore, Avneesh Khosla or Navneet Shukla. Are those names senior enough for you, "Bhagyashri"??

    @ViCustomerCare When i will get my solution? Its really very harassing. Its my money and i m begging for my money. What kind of depressing situation vi company has put me...its really a horrible. Its a disaster actually. A multi-national company is not working for its customer interest.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite recharging 349 rupees pack regularly, I rarely get the service I expect due to constant network problems. If this continues, I'll have no choice but to port my number to another network soon.

    @ViCustomerCare Completely unacceptable service. Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, I’m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.
