    @VodafoneIN I'm continuously facing problems in you Network and services. As Vodafone promised a rebate of ₹ 100 and in return asked me to cancel the request for the port which I did but my bill has not received any rebate of ₹ 100.!

    @ViCustomerCare My VI number has been disconnected even after valid recharge and complete KYC. Have been waiting for about 3 weeks for reactivation. Is this how you treat customers who chose to stay with you? Place: Patiala,Punjab. Your representatives have been dilly-dallying.

    @ViCustomerCare I did it my self fake assurance given by your representative Just a feedback @ViCustomerCare for your employees without even giving any resolution on call how come they have confidence for forcing me to appreciate them twitter. I mean how could you ask for it??

    @ViCustomerCare it’s sad I’ve to say this here but this has to be done. When your customer wants to change plan to higher terror plan, you assist n do so quickly but when the same customer wants to change the plan to lower tarif plan, you make them cry! SAD SERVICE!
