@VodafoneIN I'm continuously facing problems in your Network and services. As Vodafone promised a rebate of ₹ 100 and in return asked me to cancel the request for the port which I did but my bill has not received any rebate of ₹ 100.

@ViCustomerCare Speed in my area at registered address is very very pathetic, YouTube also buffering, UPI payments fails, your own VI App not opening well in your 4G network. All it works well at night means you will not ask me to find any faults with my handset. Time to change?

Hi @ViCustomerCare, my dad is still using an old 2G sim in his smartphone. Do you guys give home delivery of the 4G sim? The customer care on phone asked him to visit the VI gallery, which i think is a little ridiculous in this day and age.
