  @ViCustomerCare Got a call from your executive that the team is working on fixing the problem and the issue is due to a large number of users. Should all users port to Airtel or Jio to make it better? Can you please fix the problem rather than just give useless status updates?

  @ViCustomerCare Without resolving the complaint, VI is sending such false messages:- Hello! Your Coverage related complaint for 9426737553 with reference number C004-137083353767 is resolved. If you are not satisfied, you can also call and appeal at 198 (Toll Free).

  India's fastest network takes 5 minutes to detect OTP to log into their own application. @ViCustomerCare 🙏 take some steps so that your application open easily. It's too hard to open VI.

  @ViCustomerCare This the right strategy don't provide customer network and give lot of benefits but network coverage 0 so easy you can have your benefits nice strategy cut down the network and give bundles of services very bad network coverage
