    @ViCustomerCare hi not getting internate signal...in Agartala capital of Tripura for last 72 hours. Pin 799001, pls do the needful at yours earliest. It's really shameful that even after recharge with 01 year advance payment we are not getting services.

    @ViCustomerCare I had spoken to your customer care regarding Network problem and Data issue. He replied that data i had has expired. When I checked from the VI app it was 9.78 GB balance. He did not respond my queries and cut the call. I am facing network issues.kindly help me.

    @ViCustomerCare I have received email 3 times for my refund, but not received cheque , relationship number :171533208, even after porting out you fail to give good service
