    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI This is unacceptable. My ₹299 plan promises 28 days of unlimited 5G data, but data stops working 3 days before expiry every month. Why am I forced to recharge early or buy add-ons for a service I’ve already paid for? Fix this immediately. NO. 9669904329

    @ViCustomerCare Switching from Airtel but my number is still not ported even after 4 days. This delay is really concerning—if porting itself takes this long, worried about the service and network after activation. Kindly look into this urgently. #MNP #PortingDelay

    @ViCustomerCare Issue is not solved 😭 Speed is very low 800kbps to max 2mbps fluctuations in uploading so please improve your 4G speed and launch 5G soon as possible

    Pathetic response from Rohit V over the call. He gave misinformation about the TAT initially like other agents in his group. Denied to register my complaint and give me a complaint no. His senior denied to speak to me. @ViCustomerCare will never improve. @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare yr service - lack of it, ie - goes fm bad 2 worse. u dont send the bill (thou u claim u do). yr website does not work, otp doesn't come. what eventually gets downloaded is not itemized. why dont u just shut shop?
