    @ViCustomerCare I've dmed my No. It's been years now, I've activated full DND but I keep getting promotion calls daily. I'm fed up with Vodafone. Consider this as an exception case & work on this if possible. Don't give this case to customer care unit. They are useless.

    @ViCustomerCare See I Have raised an issue about coupon on Oct 5th till now I didn't get issue for it. While I'm checking VI app it's seems to be closed. while asking to customer care, I tell him to transfer call to senior, I have been waiting for more than 10 mins no 1 picked it
