    @airtelindia My mobile number 9958060742 received a message this morning that VOLTE has been activated. I didnt ask for it. Now Internet is not working since morning. Resolve this urgently or i am moving to @VodafoneIN Or @Idea Or @JioCare

    Hi @VodafoneIN So normally at my home in GK2 the service is really bad Pin code 110048. It seems to be contagious as the same problem is now at my office as well in Panchsheel Enclave pin code 110017- lot of call drops and calls not going through.

    Vodafone india is having the poorest network of telecome indutry... they are giving 2 to 103Kbps speed in 4G network what a joke. @VodafoneIN you have to understand excuses is not giving the solution to customers because they have so many choices.

    @VodafoneIN very bad service of vodafone data base as time of action I hand over aadhaar card but my address not match with my proff . My no 9718647065. This no active 29/3/2019 with Vodafone. For this already complaind mark but not solved . Because mr sunil Sood not take action

    @ViCustomerCare Talked to a executive regarding the refund / cashback and she said it is not possible. So, in order to send a single SMS, one need to recharge with 129rs, no matter if you have balance/talktime left in your account. I will switch to different network due to this #horrible policy.

    @ViCustomerCare Had a very bad experience at store @dehradun The government promotes digital payment as an option and the store demands cash only from customers . No EDC machine or UPI payments accepted . Come on vodafone are you that cheap . The staff is all the more very rude.

    Misinformation is something which @ViCustomerCare always relishes. I got many wrong details about recharge package given by VI executive itself and have been refused to connect with seniors on this issues. These reckless behavior might be last nail of coffin for @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Please let me know how to switch to your network. It's really harrasment and embarrassed to be with VI network anymore. It's been 10 days they are unable to resolve issue and services are stopped.

    @ViCustomerCare I got 7 messeges from different Vi people saying 'they care and will get back to me" After 10 days, NOT A SINGLE CALL. Only God can help them. It's not the hutch I loved. Under Takker the hopes have diminished. Users future is uncertain
