    @VodafoneIN even i switched on volte service,but on my home network,why sometimes volte lable show on and most of time volte lable doesnt appear ? I think when volte lable is there,i get higher data speed.

    @VodafoneIN In this quarantine time, we need to do WFH ... Vodafone internet connectivity is giving a HiFi with half hand. Need to restart my phone 10-12 times a day... And turn data connection on-off 50-60 times a day. What a third class internet service they are providing!

    @ViCustomerCare in settings option,i dont get network selection to 5g option ,do i need to change sim card to enable 5g network selection option ?

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Hey you jio company.... just simply **** off okay, coz in your jio pur 50% of data is getting used so early. i don't know how but Airtel Is far Better Than Jio & Ambanis Yuh peoples just simply **** off. Others are addicted but im not addicted to your jio👆🏻

    @ViCustomerCare When will you updated and resolve my issue ? It's passed approx 5 months to file the complaint to recover my Cellular number. I am sustaining many problems in lieu of my Precious Cellular number.

Every problem faced by a customer nowadays comes with a response that " we cant help you, this is our policy " .. since when corporates started to implement customer unfriendly policies and becase so heartless to consider any exceptional situations .. every request invariably comes with an answer "No" in the name of some illogical POLICY ..

    @ViCustomerCare Stop sending scripted replies. Use the screenshot, CAF no. or transaction ID I already shared to verify the payment amount & last payment date. Real support solves issues, not copy-paste replies. This is exactly why #AI will replace bad support first. #VI #customerhelp

    @ViCustomerCare you have stopped outgoing citing no kyc, your store staff at RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru area untrained and keeps asking to do kyc again and again stating problem with Vi it systems. It's disappointing experience.
