    @ViCustomerCare - I’m unable to send and receive text message. It’s been 3 days already and I’ve logged a case #4-123717138503 with Vi already. Please resolve that ASAP. PS, it’s really annoying with support team.

    @ViCustomerCare Even these people are not clever, they are giving 3G data by taking 4G money, it is very poor data, I thought good data would work, but it turned out to be the worst.

    @ViCustomerCare PATHETIC NETWORK. CALLS DO NOT MATURE, INCOMING CALLS DROP WITHIN 2 RINGS. FORGET INDOOR COVERAGE, NO COVERAGE ON THE STREETS AS WELL. TIME TO SHIFT TO AIRTEL / JIO

    @ViCustomerCare Is your service so horrible that you guys need to be reminded about a customer having issues? I'd like @TRAI and @reliancejio to listen in as well maybe time to port the number from Vodafone? DM and all other efforts failed !!!

    @ViCustomerCare Remember even what disappointed means? Vodafone customers have been repeatedly complaining about ntwrk issues. But no solution since last 3 months. Find the number in DM

    Worst plan I have seen ever in Vodafone. If you recharge less than 129 you will not be able to send SMS. What is this rubbish. Even you have main balance you will not be able to send SMS. Reccomending not to use Vodafone. @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup
