MY no 9924296156 stopped due to non use 7 April 2026 .I recharged for 169 Rs Deta pack 3 month validity 8 GB on 11/4/2026.Now Vi says that it will strst only after other recharged of 199 Rs.! My 169 rs goes in drain.

I don’t even know the original owner or whether he is still alive. What is the logic in asking for someone else’s documents in this situation? Please resolve this issue urgent
