Hi! Your Vi SIM-related request with reference number DEL-V00689540910 dated 01 Nov 21 05.46 PM is processed. I am told firstly my sim will be issued post paid &3-4 months later converted to prepaid. Issue worth sorting out is as to y sim exchange can't prepaid. @ViCustomerCare
