@ViCustomerCare Vi Care already informed that they can’t do much on this issue and live with it. “Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. KEL-V00632500245 but are unable to resolve it completely” Such a shame that for so many years in the Kerala circle and you didn’t develop the infrastructure!

@ViCustomerCare Hello Customer, I have not asked to upgrade my plan from Rs 75 to Rs 299 as i do not wanted 20 GB Data or any other perk , i am happy with Rs 75 Plan ,Without my request and without my consent You changed or upgraded my plan to high cost plan ,revert asap

@ViCustomerCare I am using Postpaid SIM connection for many years. Suddenly, I got my bill today with completely different plan and added VAS. I didn't request any of these changes and didn't receive any communication before. Do you have any solution in this?
