@ViCustomerCare Yes, you shared the information. But as I asked you on call that why did it take more than 16 hours to find out what the problem was? Who will pay the compensation for phone not working during that time? This is utter cheating with the customer #vodafoneidea #harassment

@ViCustomerCare Guys this is extremely upsetting, unprofessional and appalling. So many calls, tweets and no solution.1)I have 8 corp: conn, 2 of inactive coz ur team goofed up 2) don't receive consolidated bill 3) I want to port out as there is never ever any network. My 11th complain.
