Hi @ViCustomerCare, my dad is still using an old 2G sim in his smartphone. Do you guys give home delivery of the 4G sim? The customer care on phone asked him to visit the VI gallery, which i think is a little ridiculous in this day and age.

@ViCustomerCare I haven't received a single call from @ViCustomerCare . They balantly lie in dm that we are escalating the issue with priority but do nothing . Last they called me was on 2nd of march . Thats it . Bloody frauds.
