@ViCustomerCare Consumer Forum and my Lawyer have conclude one thing that this is your fault as you aren't able to provide what you say. So ya this means it's your service is faulty. That's why all I'll say is I need my money back. Also if you fail to do this, every proof will be used in court.

@ViCustomerCare The network has gone so down and poor that if u have to dial a number, minimum 15 times the call gets failed and then finally call connects. It’s very irritating and in time of urgency it’s pathetic. The call keeps getting failed.
