    As per the new packs(26-06-21)by @ViCustomerCare ,if you want to send texts, you need to recharge for a min 129₹ for outgoing sms.I discovered it yesterday from customer care while I was trying to port out from VI & was unable to send text.Does port out text justifies 129?@TRAI

    Hey @ViCustomerCare What is the update on the complaint i raised on my Postpaid sim not working since a week? I called customer care,pinged on twitter. Just understand: No incoming/outgoing calls, data not connecting. What is the purpose of the sim then?

    @ViCustomerCare there is no network in Jalchak, balaipanda area in paschim medinipur, West Bengal from yesterday. Please fix this as soon as possible.
