    @ViCustomerCare Again, I am writing to complain that you have not delivered my booked and paid SIM. Details of my booking had already been sent to you by DM. If this is the level of your customer service, it is of concern. @FinMinIndia please look into the matter.

    @ViCustomerCare Same reply, rudely force me to recharge. While there is no network signal, why do I pay a minimum of Rs 179/-. Share UPC for porting. Don't waste time.

    I, ordered a Vi eSIM yesterday paid ₹365, activated my sim as well still I was unable to make or receive calls. Thought this may be resolved by the morning. This morning I see that there is no network in my device. Called @ViCustomerCare didn't receive any satisfactory (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare No response on DM/X support even after repeated follow-ups. Multiple failed SIM/eSIM activation attempts, online eKYC not working, still taking payments and forcing doorstep KYC. Very disappointing service experience. Need refund and immediate resolution.
