@ViCustomerCare I think this is the right time to port out from this network. complaints only network. nothing with this network. Very worst indoor coverage. Worst customer care . Still they don’t have vowifi, volte & esim.

@ViCustomerCare I opted for port out due to poor services by Vi. I got an email from Vi that the pending amount in my mobile account will be refunded to me . Its been a month. The customer care is not responding at all.

@ViCustomerCare Should I proceed with TRAI? I mean you guys won't take a minute to Barr number for crossing line. But when I have obliged u didn't do u work automatically instead u will make me beg before u to resume the services. Shame on u.u all r horrible human beings. Rather classic animals
