    @ViCustomerCare Third class service of vi.....they gave 50kb/s 4g speed.....which is lover then 2g speed.....never buy vi...

    @ViCustomerCare The complaint has been closed on thr VI app but I have ko resolution. I am left with no option but to port my number asap. I've been an Idea customer since the beginning, but I guess it needs to change now.

    @ViCustomerCare But network is still poor in cities like Mumbai. Upgrade that too. I have to make 3-4 calls and have to move outside for proper coverage.
