    @ViCustomerCare what is this nonsence going on yesterday I didn't had any network I put sim in another mobile still issue remains the same when I went to vi store I was told it was because of old idea sim i have to change sim to get service, this is pathetic form vi 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare i have given clear statement that I will not make any recharge unless the issue is resolved properly..and i m not going wait for more than one week if you cannot resolve this i will switch over and please don't make verbal statement come at the field and provide the solution 1st

    @ViCustomerCare why? already we are talking with customer care on a daily basis. every day some new person call and tell us your issue will resolve in 4-5 days but in your world 4-5 days = infinity, is it?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Akhila I've noticed 2 missed calls from 0255... during working hours . Your customer agent called me on Sunday afternoon and had asked me The convenient time and I clearly mentioned post 630 am as iam in court the entire day. Are you really interested in resolving issues?
