    @ViCustomerCare don't trust them they are fraud ...try to trap us in name offer and plan. I got plan of 999 rupees but no network & connectivity. so I try to change it in prepaid they denied by saying such change's only do after 90 days ...who give them such right

    @ViCustomerCare In 2022 still 4g network not coveragein our area vi why u are staying in india left india that ******* 2g service prvide can u realise how customer faces difficulty no 4g no 3g only 2g in our area always told we are improving what ******** u are improving

    @ViCustomerCare I am extreme issue with you since last 2 years despi5 multiple complaint non of the issue resolved. I am getting callsfacing and they give recorded answers. I want to transfer my corporate number from Hyderabad to Gujarat and non of store is helping. @TRAI PART-1

    @ViCustomerCare still waiting for the resolution of my complaint 3-112820406612 To make it any worse, they switched my number as dead, and I wasn't able to receive or call any calls for 3 days straight. It's working now after multiple store visit, but I'd still prefer prepaid

    We have to port all numbers or clear the dues of all number at same time @TRAI please help if you have such conditions for network. I am feeling like @ViCustomerCare doing is me favour by allowing me to use number. Please stop calling and start helping customer.
