    Vi telecom as to work hard on there app ... It always crashes down .. Doesn't push over the updates.. Always laggy.. User interface is trash. Being a good company it's high time they should care about there users . @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdeaIN #tech #network #viindia

    @ViCustomerCare they said they will call me but there’s no signal so how can they call?? I really urge Vi not to charge a customer of 22+ years for unfulfilled service or I will have to switch networks. Even bsnl is working in Armenia.

    @ViCustomerCare No network since morning — can’t make calls or use internet. This happens too often. As soon as network comes back, I’ll port my number. Very poor service. #VodafoneIdea #NetworkIssue
