    @ViCustomerCare have recharged my data pack today. Amount has been deducted from bank account but my daya pack is not activated yet, and your customer care is telling it will take 3-7 days to resolve the issue. What to do till then?

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is providing Very poor network coverage here in this Area since a long time probably I think this issue is not going to be solved because itself company's business structure is in a huge loss so what to expect from this drowning company so we don't need to stick to anymore

    @ViCustomerCare I’m writing regarding the reference ROB-V00557608730. I’m currently on IR. From last 1 year struggling, not able to send messages. Balance is fluctuating. iMessege, facetime not working. Contacted many times to castomer services. Worst service ever.

    @ViCustomerCare Already sent private message, as of now, we are not sure whether complaint has been registered or not. Kindly confirm #VodafoneIdea #Vodafone. The amount has been deducted without any request for those services.
