    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged for an international roaming plan for Rs 756 while travelling to Bali The plan never got activated and i felt helpless on the trip I want refund of this because i hadn’t used it and no plan was activated as well Please see DM for mobile number

    @ViCustomerCare that the 'customer has been retained,' which is completely untrue. This is a clear case of providing misleading information and fraudulent reporting.

    VI 4G is extremely unstable indoor network and data suddenly stops and came after airplane mode , and signal strength also very weak . In2026, basic indoor connectivity shouldn’t be a struggle. Please fix this urgently , if younot fix I quiet VI #VI #NetworkIssue @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India No resolution yet I've already raised this issue via tweet and email but there has been no proper response from ur corporate team ur Smart Connect app still forces uninstall of a banking app AMCB This is unacceptable plz resolve this immediately.

    @PMOIndia as the government has given graceperiod to @ViCustomerCare until 2030, to pay the dues They have started the drama of disabling the number, asking the customer to reverify ekyc, and forcing them to postpaid They are trying to earn in this way to pay the dues #ViScam
