Hey @ViCustomerCare, From Few Months My Internet Goes To 2G(E) For Few Minutes And Then Again Comes To 4G(LTE). This Happens 100 Times A Day ! And Due To It My Online Gaming Experience, Download & Virtual Meeting Experience Gets Worst. I Request You To Plz Solve This Issue 🙏🏻

@ViCustomerCare Very POOR Service of Vi. Idea cellular i.e. Vi Advance Rental Plan "ARP700" then changed it to etalk_99_300mins plan, Now again it changed to 299 without any further Notice, so pls Don't change plan of the idea number 97X8XX0475.Pls resume the plan etalk99_300mins

@ViCustomerCare This is the same thing which I mentioned around 5 hrs back. Your strong network services isn't allowing you to reach me? So many complaints raised in past 2 years. No action. Alternative contact nos have been mentioned as well.

@vodafone @ViCustomerCare a simple billing cycle change request ongoing since 22 Aug has not yet been resolved via your borivali west gallery people nor via your customer care. It is pathetic service and utterly frustrating to chase on this several times. Still no resolution!
