    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare There seems to be a big scam VI company a telecomm provider is making to retain their customer. They are blocking the port number from delivering. Instead they make call to convince. It makes inconvenient to come out of VI. It’s the violation of @TRAI rules.

    @ViCustomerCare Issue yet not resolved as per the specified promised date,request you to kindly refund INR 1499/- without any delay. If u r unable to refund my refund then I have no choice but to port both VI numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare Everyone should know how you provide services in your front office. I have already visited your mini store in the morning VI store landran Road kharar (Sas nagar mohali) even though they don't know how to select a network in ISD Roaming, in the last they said system not working
