    @ViCustomerCare I am regular user of Vi from past 12 years but I regret to say service provided now a days is very poor even from today morning I tried to recharge my number but every time is shows operator issues and I have a secondary balance of amount 300.

    @ViCustomerCare I get to the VI store, They said that we are unable to convert postpaid to prepaid because our backend Excutives are not working in pendamic. I mean literary is that true? I will never pay any bill sir because if when i want to go in postpaid then you have homedelivery (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare When you will update in this area jio and airtel has full connectivity and I travel frequently in this area for job purpose but such bad network unable to take call
