    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare, @vodafoneIN_Fdtn - WHEN WILL YOU RESOLVE VOICE & DATA ISSUE PERMANENTLY? I'm still struggling even though I'd a couple of discussions w/ support executives to resolve this but seems you're not bothering what consumer face and suffer. Need ur immediate assistance.

    @ViCustomerCare @SiddiqiEhtesham My grandfather’s mobile has been lost.. and we want to issue a new duplicate sim for him! He is unable to walk.. Kindly tell me the procedure in order to issue a new sim for him!

    @ViCustomerCare the delay service attitude pushing you to reduce the customers to vi. Inspite of huge losses you are still not active. Who will be ready to join you without proper service & no 5G but recharge with high cost. Bsnl is better as per their tariff & service.

    I always tweet about VI experience and once again I'm here with worst possible experience by VI and this time my 2 months plan is going to over in 2 days and I'll change my sim and i won't use forever it gives the worst possible network and internet in very area.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been hours since my recharge, still not credited. No proper response from support. At this point, I’ve decided to switch to @reliancejio if this isn’t fixed immediately. Last chance to fix this. #VI #CustomerExperience #Switching
