What happened to you mr. @ViCustomerCare constantly call drop aur abb call nahi lagri na , mera phone out of reach bata raha hai caller ko.aur internet ki dikkat aur complaint kar kar ke main thak chuka hu . Neither you all are providing good service nor improving it.

@sdash_jitu @ViCustomerCare Please port to Airtel or Jio, whoever is able to provide the right service at your place. At some places vi excels and at some places jio or airtel excels 4G speeds. Unless you have monopoly or duopoly, enjoy shifting from one carrier to other, whoever is best.

@ViCustomerCare I had gone to one of your gallery in Mumbai. I wanted to buy a dongle. Your executive told me that I can get it only with a postpaid connection. When I insisted on a prepaid connection, I was told that they will not help me if I want a prepaid connection.

@ViCustomerCare Finally successfull ported to jio network. Vi network was down since 1 month I used to switch to 3g inorder to use internet. 4g issue especially indoor thought network bar was full in indoor. I have complaints several times but no use so I made decision to port.

@VodafoneIN Your services have severely disappointed my contacts in last few days. Dialling the same number multiple times and getting irritated everytime. Sudden disappearance of Network/Data connection has caused deep trouble. You should compensate for my loss. Call me ASAP.
