@ViCustomerCare Does Voda personnel lack basic English skills??? How difficult is it to read my tweets and understand that I am not a Vodafone customer but you guys are calling me lagatar for non payment of bills by your customer. I am not a damn Voda customer, my number is not Voda number.

On doing advance recharge data validity is getting activated from today instead of the adding with the existing plan. Please help @DoT_India as @ViCustomerCare is telling that all benefits validity will addon before recharge and after recharge they are telling its not possible.

@ViCustomerCare It's very disappointing that internet speed have been demoted but we have to pay 25% extra. There is also no pack queue system in Vi. Please look into call quality because it's very bad for about 1 month and internet speed is also very slow.

Every day I came back my home for job, I just want to use mobile internet but sadly I didn't do that because @ViCustomerCare provide me worst experience, signal shown 4G, but speed like 2G, 2G was the better at that time. #battlingwithcancer

@BSNLCorporate could you please tell about your services specially internet speed in my area in delhi. I want to change my operator @ViCustomerCare their package are good like ₹639 4Gb a day for 84 days with unlimited calling. But I am not able to use even 1gb bcz of poor speed
