@ViCustomerCare I visited a Vi Store yesterday for a replacement SIM. Hasn't been activated yet. Have spoken to your customer care team thrice, with no resolution. Harassed and frustrated. Please resolve ASAP, else, moving to Airtel.

@ViCustomerCare I had taken a postpaid number of Vi, On January 21, I had closed this number via customer care and deposited the remaining dues, and I also received the number suspension email. I have received bills for the months of February and March. I want to know why?
