@ViCustomerCare Hii. I just wanna tell you guys that I'm facing problem with my VI number. I'm not able to call anyone or use internet at all. My VI app showed that my pack will end in 9 days so why is my network not working from now. Plz fix this it's necessary for my job.🙏

@ViCustomerCare Despite complaints by email and on 198 , problem of not getting login OTP message from VI App and not getting recharge alerts message is not resolved.

@ViCustomerCare very bad network very bad vi employees those who only do formalities not work how to ignore customer word and do formalities they know i had call vi employees for bad network but what happen after call don't know so i will take action against of vi.

@ViCustomerCare This is a big fraud co who never sticks to their own commitments. I applied for P2P but VI assured a waiver of Rs 295/- thrice ..That day has never come.. Lying n fake commitments are synonymous with VI. Word of caution to all, beware or else gets cheated like me.
