    Ordered a SIM from @ViCustomerCare with a promised delivery the very next day (13th April). It’s now been over 2 weeks of constant follow-ups and poor coordination only to receive an SMS saying a refund has been processed without any prior notice. Extremely unprofessional service

    @ViCustomerCare A very unsatisfactory response which was no resolution at all. Will never recommend #Vodafone to anyone. Go with any other service provider. Not Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged for an international roaming plan for Rs 756 while travelling to Bali The plan never got activated and i felt helpless on the trip I want refund of this because i hadn’t used it and no plan was activated as well Please see DM for mobile number

    Hey @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on? 3 days now and my phone is basically useless. It's stuck on a 2G EDGE network in Ahmedabad I use it for work, I’ve already missed stuff because of this I'm paying for 5G and getting this **** I'm changing my network
