It's already 10:30 AM and as per vodafone india website working hours for store is 10:00 AM to 7:00PM. Now what should a customer do stand outside and wait when the store open and his issues get resolved...?? @ViCustomerCare It is the 2nd store I am visiting and it's closed..?

1/2 @ViCustomerCare Can you pls let me know what are "Contakt Gaming Services" and "Games World" in VI? Apparently my 60 yrs old dad's prepaid a/c has been charged for them, he has no idea about it. This happened in past also for othr VAS. Everytime on calling support... @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Do you at all realise why the complain? You are refunding my money, (which was a deposit with u), because I ported my number to airtel. This cheque of refund has been delivered God knows where! Now that I am not on your network, where should I get Vi number from ? Common sense??

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi Care, I recharged my phone with online payment from your app but I still haven't received the message for recharge. And the money has been deducted from the bank account. I recharged my number from Vi application today at 7:48 am. Plz resolve the issue asap!
