    @ViCustomerCare VILPower has the most unsupportive and non responsive support that I have ever seen. I am running behind them from the last 4 days to just get a damn header registered for OTP SMS. They are rejecting for all invalid reasons. Complete harassment game.

    Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn

    @ViCustomerCare Ported my SIM to V! on Saturday, Order: DCHD 16052631215 and also completed a 84-day recharge based on the assurance that SIM delivery would happen the same day. Till now, there is no response from V! side. I have called customer care (8141018180) three times,1/3

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtel @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio
