Because a lot of people has did this type of error mistakenly and company like @ViCustomerCare never return to the money. @TRAI open your eyes and imagine about the pain of the comman people. They feel cheated from this kind of behaviour of the network provider. Please intervine.

No one is taking this issue seriously. I think @TRAI should make some new rule. @ViCustomerCare is a cheater company. They didn't refund my amount. This company has no shame. @rsprasad ji come out election mode and please take this important issue seriously.
