@ViCustomerCare Very pathetic service of vi store koparkhairane and nerul No is help customer if customer want to migrate from company paid to individual paid. Submitted form on7july at koparkhairane store but till date not done also visit nerul store informed visit same store

@ViCustomerCare I recharged my number with plan of Rs 189 the amount got deducted from account and the transaction was successfull but the number is not recharged I tried multiple times to contact the customer care via call but your IVR system is so ****. Refund my money loosers.

@ViCustomerCare Just woke up And open internet but aswell vi internet sick every **** time Just yesterday there engineers visit the site and today I am facing same **** as before Don't ever buy vi sim or port to it It's an wrost India sim operater
