    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare it seems VI doesn't value its customer and don't hesitate to make them fool. I raised complaint on 06May21, it was assured that it will be resolved within 72 hours nothing happened. I paid by own for my Amazon prime last year and they are claiming that they paid.

    @ViCustomerCare someone calls with all my details and upgrades my sim to 4g. New sim delivered but sim number shows invalid and your customer service has no idea about anything. Who is running this SCAM? Vi or a joke factory?

    @ViCustomerCare Rs.30 deducted for the service that were not subscribed by me. I haven't provided any consent to subscribe for the service. Please refund the amount as even i checked in the app it shows there are no VAS subscribed in my account.

    @ViCustomerCare Ridiculous to again resolve the request without resolving with signal quality and voice quality issue. It's bad but we're now forced to port out if @ViCustomerCare for all my family connections after 10 yrs, as u no longer want to resolve issue at ground/reality.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team i have recently got a text message stating that a Value Added service has been activated in my number and I have been charged 35rs as well for this. This is pathetic that a VAS activates by itself and I m being charged. Would like to get this actioned asap

    @ViCustomerCare Harassment emails from recovery team continued and I received multiple demand notice. I don't think anyone is interested to resolve this case. Do let me know if I need to raise a consumer complaint or approach any legal entity to get it resolved.
