  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Network coverage in Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 is extremely poor. Normal voice calls break and audio is unclear, while mobile internet is unreliable. Please send your network team, verify the ground situation and install a new mobile tower

  @ViCustomerCare This is a serious issue. I’m suddenly unable to receive important SMS/OTPs in the UK due to a Vi International Roaming policy change that apparently went live on 20 Aug. How can customers be expected to recharge when even banking OTPs and other critical SMS

  @ViCustomerCare After posting my complaint my phone has stopped working. When I dial a number I get a message saying not registered on network . So much for being ready to help
