@ViCustomerCare Vodafone is worst company, I would recommend everyone don't take postpaid connection of voda..they do scam with users..the time you guys will go from post to pre they will ask you lot of extra money..i am victim .i don't want anyone else to suffer the same ..

@ViCustomerCare , Today again Vi services were down for 2 hours. This has become a regular issue now. Yesterday you promised me over the call that this issue will not repeat again but it was down again for 2 hours. Details are already in DM. People should start switching from Vi?

My call has been on hold for 40 mins with a VI cust. exec. as I tweet this. My outgoing got barred for not paying the bill of a number which is not even mine. No support, no help. I have been asked to visit the VI store. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

@TRAI please take legal action against VI for not providing proper network coverage and also for not solving problems. I raised a complaint about an indoor network problem before a week but still no solution and no customer care asked about. I pay service charges @ViCustomerCare
