    @ViCustomerCare Are you guyz even care about the customer satisfaction??The worst internet speed,worst call quality and the worst customer care support. Kept complaining about the issues but no actions taken till date. It was just a waste of money to go with Vi.@ViCustomerCare!!

    @ViCustomerCare my number has been ported from BSNL to VI network. I opted for 199 plan but after getting network it is showing 399 plan has been activated. Why so ?.. look in to matter

    For the past billing details which we provided, and they assured of solving this by 25 March 6:30 PM but today they asking to visit store instead of activating number; pls help to get activate my connection. It seems a collective action by both @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence

    @mkbadshah786 @ViCustomerCare I completely agree .. I am on international roaming since March 18th n Vi has not even bothered to look into my issue ... #stranded in America believing Vi .. no service since I landed n no customer service at all !!!! Same generic replies from support

    @ViCustomerCare you people are really not caring for customers. In Hirakud (Pin code- 768016), every alternate day from evening to night time, internet service is so poor that unable to make WhatsApp video calls..this is going in from last 20 days..you charge good money but...

    @JioCare Where is Jio Network in Derang, West Kameng, Arunachal Pradesh since last night. why this happens on regular basis. stop your service if you cant give 24/7 coverage in this area. I made a mistake porting from @ViCustomerCare to @JioCare.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Though you are claiming fastest #4G in #India, but I'm unsatisfied with your service. I'm using your service since last 10 years+ but not getting satisfied reply on queries. Currently getting 2G data speed on the same location. Please look into the issue.
