Your technicians and i have been in conversation during the period in question and they asked me try various setting. They ack that it is not working. You covering up now.

@VodafoneIN @talk2GLOBE india number 9829133741. No service when in manila between 16 dec & 31 dec 2018. Vodafone says , they are not resp if partner not give service. I was connected to globe and i did not get service. I was given a statement with some data but really not usable bandwidth

@VodafoneIN You have been telling this for years, & I left it, from Yday onwards you have put IVR , Morning ur team said it will revoke now they say that they cant. So no other option than going to consumer court not for IVR but for not addressing my issues.

My version is i did not get connectivity and vodafone claims i used 122mb ( miniscule) in that period. Let them provide logs to Dot to chk.

Speed given by @ViCustomerCare after recharging with any 4G plan is less than the speed of Jio after consuming the 2 GB daily data. At present my connection speed is 0.69KB/S over India's data strong 4G network #Vodafon_idea

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI vi disabled outgoing sms service in 99 plan & no any top-up plan to activate the outgoing sms. Min. 179 rs. recharge req. to send sms. I have to send only 2-5 sms in 28days. Due to high inflammation money saving is needed. Pl provide any low amount plan.

@ViCustomerCare few days back one engg came to my place and analysed the networking issue. Lastly he said that one instrument will be installed at my place to boost up the signal. But till now waiting for the gentleman to come and fix the problem. Really shame on your part.
