Is there a timeline for the call so that we know someone will call us else we do not want to wait all day and night. Calls for bill payment come on time but problems dont even get resolved.

If you need to connect to free WiFi by @VodafoneIN, you need to have a mobile number to receive OTP. Foreign travellers should be able to access Internet without a mobile connection. @AAI_Official should look into it

This is a carrier-side issue, not Apple. My suggestion: Stay with #jio if u want iMessage/FaceTime to work without issues. #Vi @ViCustomerCare

The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible.
