    @ViCustomerCare what a joke we can't even connect to customer care officer through 199/198. No support no reponse.Why my internet stopped suddenly when I have 1.8GB left & all other Vi sim near me working. I changed phone, NO solution.Problem with my number only. UPW-V01036126188

    Hey Vi your network not working in UP west. Vodafone core Sims not latching to 4g. Problem faced since 4:30pm in some up west ghaziabad side areas. Your customer care IVr telling we are unable to connect you to executive because of high number of calls Please fix @ViCustomerCare
