@ViCustomerCare you people still don't understand simple english and wants us to teach A, B, C & 1, 2, 3. As I said multiple times, I AM NO LONGER A VODAFONE CUSTOMER. I PORTED OUT 10 YEAR OLD MY POSTPAID NUMBER IN 2018 AS I DIDN'T GET ANY HELP THEN SO YOU CAN'T HELP ME NOW.

Looking to port to @JioCare network is good everywhere. Hopefully the customer service is also as good. Tired of trying get some help from @ViCustomerCare for last 20 days! No network and no service whereas Jio is full network here with 4G

@ViCustomerCare My data keeps carrying over. Since I'm not able to use more than 1 GB a month , due to bad signal and internet speed. After complaining so many times, the response I get is you'll can't do anything, use WiFi to make calls. Seriously?
