    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been with Ur network for a long time. I changed the family plan n made it individual plan for all 3 fam members. Received bills for 2 secondary numbers separately and 1 bill with same family plan for the primary number. Why? Vi store is not helping.

    @ViCustomerCare I have paid bills for last 3 years and now there are no signals in the heart of new Delhi where I have shifted. Vi is telling me to wait 3 months until they fix this issue and keep paying bills. Really?

    @ViCustomerCare Someone from customer care pinged me via missed call just now. I have submitted complaint with consumer court too, hope this helps to escalate it and get the issue resolved soon...

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Had complaint earlier also. But the issue hasn’t been resolved till now. And complaint has been closed. I have been Voda customer since last 6 years. It seems time has come switch to other. #badnetwork #nointernetspeed

    @ViCustomerCare I made a recharge of Rs 58 via which encountered a failure. Later , I tried another one with 98 which was successful. Data service is still working on the SIM

    @ViCustomerCare You guys never fail to disappoint! As always pathetic service! Don't you have a set standard protocol which should be followed across all stores? Half of your employees are unaware, rude and unwilling to help. It seems you don't wish to retain your customers!
