@ViCustomerCare You really need to start VoLTE service in Bihar Jharkhand circle. I ported to Vi to support your company during its crisis but now it seems I need to port again to another operator. While making calls and sending SMSs internet gets disconnected and becomes 2G.

@ViCustomerCare Superior in “no service” and “bad connections” No service for 3 consecutive days. I had to use someone’s Airtel hotspot just to even make a complaint. Complained about it multiple times but in vain. bad network, bad customer service #VodafoneIdeasucks

I made a complaint on your customer care number 198 and instead of my initial complaint I would like to first complaint against your customer service assistant who attend the call, she has no sense how to talk she is arrogant as hell @ViCustomerCare
