    @ViCustomerCare really what's wrong with your messaging system. OTP not at all getting received. Valid plan. Other SMS are coming Only few are not . Im trying to add account to vi app, sent more than 10 OTP now. Still no go Same with my sister's too she never get SMS from SBI

    @TRAI Everytime I raise ucc sms complaint via DND app to @ViCustomerCare , they close it saying CDR does not match - TAP. There is some blunder going on. They are not taking actions and closing the tickets as they wish.

    @ViCustomerCare i want know that when I send or receive a call or send a text sms i gets transferred automatically on 2G network and which don't allow me to do things while I'm on a call... What's the reason behind this?

    @ViCustomerCare I am travelling abroad, I took a roaming pack and expected the pack to activate after I land at my destination. But, the pack started right now, and I lost 2 days of the 7-day pack I took. This seems inconvenient, it should have activation date option! Any help?

    @ViCustomerCare I transferred my sim from jio to Vi, Outgoing calls are enabled in my sim, but incoming calls and messages are not enabled, regarding Incoming calls and Massages i registered a complain in Vi Customer care, complain No is - RAJ-V00884335165, PLS SOLVE THIS ASAP.
