@ViCustomerCare Hi Ansul, I'd be porting all VI numbers when this things happens again, you can escalate issues with relevant departments respectively. This is not acceptable service. I was able to talk on call and according to them VAS is blacklisted now so it should not happen again.

@ViCustomerCare Hello,Your network is hell.On the name of 4g you are giving 2g speed.Its better to sale this company to the other service provider and go back to UK.I am here in india since 18 march 2020.I am facing same issue since the above date.
