@ViCustomerCare Very pathetic service. Six days back I have registered a complaint as there is no internet in my mobile. Till date no response from the company. The issue yet to be resolved. I am totally disappointed & disgusted.

I am having unsual balance deduction,3 to 4 times,when i look through app it shows no ser ies running and when i recharge it deduct the amount.customer care gave false info that service being stoped and getting refund,but Noprocess at all.I want my deduction back @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare exchanging SIM is a nightmare. In spite of customer drain, your service is pathetic. Struggling to change my SIM card for 15 days now. I wonder why should customer choose your service ? Down with VI.
