    @ViCustomerCare i have been associated with VI from more than 10 yrs, now i think its high time that i port my number into airtel. Its all because of poor network connectivity.

    I have applied for e-sim, on first i haven’t received Qr code then i have visited to customer care they also have done nothing then i have call on customer care they have also raised second time till now i didn’t receive Qr code. Please Help @ViCustomerCare

    Today's Vodafone customer executive #shravani has called for the asking time for 2-3 days but failed to state the exact date. And failed to improve the quality of the network within their time frame. I just said 2 u (@ViCustomerCare) is a thief, non- transparent to the customer
