    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I’m at vi store at kalyan west . The store manager wanted speak with customer Care . Manager : janavi I request you to connect call with her immediately. Customer care told me to visit store and store people telling me to call customer care. What to do?

    It’s been a day since concern was highlighted but no one from @ViCustomerCare bothered to look into this. This shows why people avoid vi network. It’s pathetic and useless customer care services.

    @ViCustomerCare Every alternate day I am getting a reff no not a solution .it tomorrow not getting my refund I will approach consumer court. Reff no KAR-VO2083959823
