    @ViCustomerCare I've been listening to this from past year. No improvement in your 4g services in my area. Why would I be risking my career depending on your network. I pay for 4g service and what I get is only 2g service (E).

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I am customer with company since From Slice to Idea then to Vi I got charged for a lot of nuisence services on my grandparents phone number repeatedly I Followed Service Stop procedure several times and tried to talk to your customer service several times

    @ViCustomerCare Team,every time I raise an issue,you guys jump and ask to take things in DM and then you dig it there conveniently. It's been a month now and I am struggling to get my incoming call issue resolved. How much more money per month would ensure basic services granted

    My worst experience till date has been with Vodafone Idea.I got the sim exchange done at 1:19 pm from the store of vodafone idea I was told at that time it will be activated in 1 hour. At 4:30 i called customer care they say no sim exchange happened. @ViCustomerCare
