    @ViCustomerCare I have been using VI for last 5 years. Now the network and service are getting worse day by day, even in the middle of the city. May be time to switch to another network !!

    @ViCustomerCare This is a generic issue with messages that Vi sends to customer to intimate about expiring of unlimited plans The message does not contain the number of days left for the plan to expire.
