@ViCustomerCare I have decided to port to other service provider, probably @JioCare. But before that I wanted you guys to know how pathetic your network is.I have been using VI sim for more than 4 year now,It was really good initially but over time the quality of service has 1/2

@ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago My balance has been deducted before the end of validity. This kind of unethical practice is being done by vodafone india. I have been trying to reach out to their customer care but my call is not being connected.

@youbroadband @ViCustomerCare My internet connection is not working from 14th to 21st April.I have already registered a complaint 7 days back but the issue is still unresolved and @youbroadband has failed miserably in rectifying the issue.

Don't recharge your @ViCustomerCare with booster pack It won't work everywhere. It works only on selected platform. Additionally if you get only 3G network then it won't work with 3G.

@ViCustomerCare been having problems with my sms services since 16th and yet there is no resolution. This is happening quite frequently... if its not resolved soon I might have to switch my network server
