    @ViCustomerCare , no network in Vasai Virar arrea, even your Vodafone mini shutdown. Can't login as not getting OTP on rmail or mobile (as services are down)

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Team, ​I am writing to report an issue with my recent Vi SIM card order. ​The SIM card has been delivered to me, but it is currently not working. Furthermore, when I check the order status on the Vi website, it does not reflect that it has been delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. I have already written to customer care on 2nd July. It's already been a week and the resolution provided is not satisfactory. Please look into this on priority.

    @ViCustomerCare `@ViCustomerCare VI launched 5G on 30th May but network is dead. No 4G, no 5G. Customer care not responding either. I paid for a plan and got no service. Requesting refund.
