    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I think problem is not solved simple query given for giving an extension for 10.days mail still as on priority is that you give to you r customer solving then problem

    @ViCustomerCare I just ran out of data before the expiry of my Rs 365 plan which according to your VI app is an Unlimited Data Plan . Why mislead the customers. I believe time has come to change the network service. #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed for the service no response i paid fees but soon I am porting to other subscriber atleast they have some priority to look this issue

    @ViCustomerCare I shared my number almost 4 hours ago, but no resolution has been provided yet. How does a ₹1,749 recharge, valid for 6 months and done on June 16, end today? Is VI owned by the East India Company?

    @ViCustomerCare `@ViCustomerCare VI launched 5G on 30th May but network is dead. No 4G, no 5G. Customer care not responding either. I paid for a plan and got no service. Requesting refund.`
