  @ViCustomerCare i have taken new Sim card by default we should pay for 4months, i paid INR 2000plus taxes, now sim is activated but i am getting calls from other persons who was using the same number, now that guys sim has activated to me now i am facing this issue daily..

  My number is still not activated despite multiple visits to the Vi Gallery. I was told the only option is to convert it to postpaid, else discard the number. This is unacceptable. Please help resolve this urgently @ViCustomerCare

  @UzmaParveen94 @Altamash_3412 @ViCustomerCare I also have a Vodafone number. If someone calls me, my number is not reachable. Their service is so bad.

  @ViCustomerCare Your services and facilities are generally excellent. However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.

  @Indianinfoguide When your data provides such poor speeds, why do you increase your prices by looking at Jio and Airtel? If you can't provide speeds like theirs, why charge like them @ViCustomerCare sc@mmers?

  Shocking experience with @ViCustomerCare Visited VI Store, Sanjay Place, Agra, for a duplicate SIM after my phone was stolen. Staff refused to help and insisted that I first port my family's Jio numbers to VI postpaid. A duplicate SIM is a customer right, not a sales opportunity.

  @ViCustomerCare I had informed your executive two months ago to deactivate my number. He asked me to clear the pending payment, which I did. The same issue happened last month, and now again this month a bill has been generated. Is this a fraud or what?
