    @ViCustomerCare Refer complaint number 4-124035617715 in your system You shall get all details & my number should be there. Your colleagues called twice & said "SORRY. But apology doesn't help, neither I am asking for that. I expect only resolution. You have no rights to take call on my behalf

    @ViCustomerCare such a poor service vodafone I am trying to switch from postpaid to prepaid... And from last 3 times request is getting rejected... VI store is saying they can't help... Customer care are clue less as always.... Doing all this with the loyal customers of vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare Still noone turned up to check the network status. If this will continues and there will be no solution of my issue, I will be forced to port my number to another service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Still facing problem from last 1.5 month.. But sameless vodaidea have no action taken on his technical team... If you have no capicity to give us good network why you charge full amount Same shame
