@ViCustomerCare VI sucks now. Instead of giving good service, now they have started paying more for ads, but not the service. Even not able to send a message over whatsapp, a single message, that's how much vodafone idea sucks..shut down your company, or make your service better.

@indersonkar @ViCustomerCare I switched from BSNL to VI in the hope that it is the fastest network. But now I am quite disappointed by its speed and customer care services. They do not reply you! I was happy with BSNL why did I switched to VI.

@ViCustomerCare In the past 2 months VAS are getting enabled automatically and balance getting deducted. After contacting Customer care rep initiated refund twice whenever it happened. Need to know why is VAS automatically getting enabled and to stop it from happening again
