After 13 days since customers in Jelady (Virar, Mumbai) started complaining of sudden loss of mobile data coverage, @ViCustomerCare is saying # MUM-V00515188500, your location is unfortunately not covered adequately by our network at the moment. And no ETA on resumption. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare your Vi network connectivity is very poor. If call in customer care they don't solve any problem. Only saying AAP KO KASTHA KE LIYE HAME KHED HAI. very funny. Please improve your services other wise I will PORT in other service provider. Like jio and Airtel

@ViCustomerCare couldn't send sms in spite of having an active service validity. Called cust. care only to know that Rs.128 for 28 days is min to be able to snd sms. Seriously? #vi acting like a monopoly in such a competitive sphere. You're gonna lose 4 customers very soon. Bye!
