    @ViCustomerCare 2 and half years back on changing my post paid to prepaid, your rep at store charged me conversion amount and told me it is mandatory.came to know later that vodafone shield is sold by cheating.Upon logging complaint at your CS for refund refused and said no refund .#harassing.

    @ViCustomerCare u say vodafone India's no1 network but sorry to say its not there are no network/no service for more than 3 hours we even can not make a call i am facing this problem since more than 2 months even i am tired of contacting to your customer care team. This is so bad

    @ViCustomerCare Not receiving any sms and can't able to send too despite of unlimited pack....Worst experience 😢

    @ThePulpDoc @ViCustomerCare @Airtel The minimum plan that allows for sms is now 149. Thats the issue. Previously one could do a 10 rs recharge to send a sms but now they BLOCK SMS unless using talktime unless you have a big plan already.

    @ViCustomerCare It's almost 3 days there is no network coverage in my area Kerala Calicut. Complained to vi customer care still not resolving my issue. @ViCustomerCare @vodafone
