    @ViCustomerCare Till last yr when ever I am outside India, just sending a mail to idea corporate mail id, was able to change the plan. Now its not possible, without a reason. Sending a mail from mail id registered with idea for last 11 yrs, but its getting rejected..need help

    @ViCustomerCare There is no network in some parts of the south Solapur city & Dhule city 1st mobile network problem resolve then sell your broadband products.
