@TRAI @ViCustomerCare Recharged prepaid sim 8698918811 on 28 Sept 22 with Rs 99 plan where Vi Movies and TV is shown under Active Services but VMTV app says in Membership: No Plan Active. Customer Care Executive says not eligible for any OTT benefits.Mis Representstion? Pathetic

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Your team is not doing a damn thing. First of all this is how you’re looting your customers and secondly you have poor network services and nothing is being done about both the issues. I need these issues resolved ASAP otherwise I’m escalating this for sure.

@ViCustomerCare Recharged prepaid sim 8698918811 on 28 Sept 22 with Rs 99 plan where Vi Movies and TV is shown under Active Services but VMTV app says in Membership: No Plan Active. Customer Care Executive says not eligible for any OTT benefits. Pure Mis Representstion? Pathetic.
