@ViCustomerCare On asking to transfer the call to the manager the customer care associates put the call on long holds which never connect to the managers. How to escalate the issue and get it resolved. Screwed up service😡

@ViCustomerCare Those worst days have come!! Can’t even speak for 10 seconds for the past 10 days!! Been with Vodafone for the past 16 years and this is terrible service. Voice Quality with reference number CHN-V00676380678 is registered. Your complaint will be processed by 26 Oct 21 01.10 PM.

@ViCustomerCare Your service sucks. Highly disappointed. Call drop had gone up since last 3 months like crazy. Only Balconies are places to talk. 'Hello, can u hear me?' are the only words i speak the maximum time on call. Enough of this stupid network. Switching to @reliancejio
