    @ViCustomerCare 60 Rs from my secondary bal and 20 Rs from my main bal has been deducted from my account on 12th with me never opting for any service or notifying me before deducting. This is 2nd consecutive month the same thing has happend with me.

    @aksjh539 @ViCustomerCare It might be true, but I am totally fed up with @ViCustomerCare and now the situation is, I can move in to any network but can't stay with Vi.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare they’re scamming people by not providing customer any insights on the activity happening on their respective numbers, exceeding credit limits without consent and then billing unjust amounts to the user.
