    @ViCustomerCare Complaint no. 190365310501. When I call 12345 voice update says complaint pending and we will get back to you by 28/08/2026. It does not know today is 31/08/2026. But even then there was no update on 28/8.

    @ViCustomerCare I've ported my sim from jio to vi. Porting was completed on 29Aug26. It's 30Aug still there's no network. Recharge has been done as well. Tried everything.

    @ViCustomerCare What an absolute mess. I clearly requested to PORT my Vi postpaid number to Airtel, yet your team suspended my SIM & disconnected my number. A week of calls & repeated explanations. Fix this within 24 hours. One call. One competent person. One resolution. Chutiyo

    @ViCustomerCare Advertising with SRK is senseless.. when network is not stable like airtel.. i dont know how much you pay for SRK but with that money you can seriously fix atleast my area signal strength problem..

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I have wasted hours, made countless calls and dealt with contradictory instructions because your team couldn't handle a basic port-out correctly. I am NOT running between Vi and Airtel again to fix your mistake. Take responsibility and resolve it.
