@ViCustomerCare The customer service of Vodafone is pathetic to say the least. I have been travelling to Pune from Mumbai n they block STD calls. Had complained at least 4 times but they dint attend. Today complained again. Time to migrate to another service provider. 9920045722

@ViCustomerCare My issue was with calling numbers starting with 1860 which are bank helpline number which I cannot call due to insufficient balance in my prepaid account IN SPITE OF HAVING AN UNLIMITED PACK.

@ViCustomerCare I want Compensation. As your network will not improve. Free ki salary khate ho. Haram ka paisa. 2 saal mai company aur dubegi. Already Idea ke sath 50-50% to ho gaya. Khali metros mai aachi services dene se fastest 4g network nahi banta. Foolish Vi.
