@ViCustomerCare I have recharged my vi no on 31 aug with 399 plan offering zee5 subscription for one year, but we didn't get yet, one of customer care executive said this offer is valid from 1st sep, but no date and time mentioned in plan details. So I want refund or subscription

Wrst part is thy did not infrm me& later on sent me a combined bill for 2 months. At whch point when I raised wth thm thy said its a "routine practice" to merge plans

From past 6-7 days..there in a huge network issue in my area,complained twice but no solution..my area is subhash nagar jodhpur rajasthan, one of biggest city in rajasthan yet this type of service, airtel is way better.. @ViCustomerCare
