    @ViCustomerCare Does VodafoneIdea charge 484rs to migrate from postpaid to prepaid opting the same mobile number? The customer executive told me I would get 1.5gb data/unlimited calls for 28days. And said the processing fee is included in that 484rs. Is this true?

    @ViCustomerCare have been following up with your customer service for a network issue. I place a complaint you close it saying it’s resolved!Wow brilliant! No clue how and when was it resolved? Please note when I wanted to Port , you guys assured that the issue would be resolved
