    @ViCustomerCare is getting worse day by day. I have been a user of Voda since 2006 with two connections, now as I am facing a issue with a recharge, when called customer care, they just disconnected in between without giving any resolution. It's such a hard work to connect them.

    @ViCustomerCare No one contacted yet. A Post paid customer not even able to reach customer care. This is not good. :-(

    @ViCustomerCare It had been the best network prior to becoming Vodafone, yet worsted, therefore, i had to port the number to other service provider

    @Indianinfoguide Surprised to see low #VodafoneIdea speed. They must work on strengthening the 4G/5G network & internet speed. You can't compete with Jio & Airtel if you don't improve on services. Consumers will only shift to #VI if they get better speed & services #ChangeToVi @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare No one is able to call my number. I keep calling but it keeps getting disconnected. Why is this happening to the Vi sim person? I've called from other SIMs too and they're having the same problem. Tell me what to do?
