    Pathetic, lethargic customer care of Vodafone, wake up. I did a recharge on 07-Nov for INR 379/- on 9424626897 & it was unsuccessful, money was deducted but not yet refunded. Sent mail on 13-Nov & 18-Nov, no doubt why the customers are unhappy @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare we are paying you for good network. But from last 24 hour I am struggling to getting any network. How can be it so pathetic. In today's time if we have facing network issue then there is something very issue in your company. Plz resolve this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare VI has a very poor customer service. It’s been a month my number is still not activated. When I was in India a month ago my postpaid number got deactivated but the prepaid sim was still deactivated hence I was not able to complete my tele-verification. Shifted to abroad now.
