    I have been trying to convert my physical sim to esim since last 10 days. But @ViCustomerCare is very poor. They are not helping. Everytime i call customer service they come up with a new problem but none comes with a solutions. Kindly look into this @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare VI’s 4G service is so pathetic thank God they r not dreaming abt 5G! Simple Website opening takes so much time and they claim to hv best service in mumbai. God knows which survey they report and follow

    @ViCustomerCare Airtel don’t have the no. Voda store is asking for INR 7600 to re issue me my no. Ds is pure extortion. Why on earth u want me to pay money to get my own no.     @ViCustomerCare hi I am a new customer of Vi and just recharged with pack of 195 but which includes Vi tv and movies but when I try to play any movie it asks to recharge again with 299. Can you look into this ?
