@ViCustomerCare Not getting network on my number.Since more than last two days.Since yesterday night getting Jio 4G network.But it is of no use.Poorest service of Vodafone idea.Nothing has been done so far to restore the services.Finally we have to dump your services.

@RoopaAnanthana1 @ViCustomerCare I also use Prepaid Airtel. It is also bad. Agent says Jio is bad. There are only a few cos giving good service. Hard to choose.

@ViCustomerCare Hello! Vi network was finely working even during cyclone time but I found that you are operating on very few bands in maharashtra&goa circle in kaman rd area pin code 401208. For exampl e.g. 4g on 900mhz band I not available. It is available only on 2500mhz 1800mhz 2100mhz.

@ViCustomerCare @Speedtest My problem is that iam getting different speed on different recharge please go through old tweets on my one no. I recharged with Rs48 iam getting 50+mbps speed and on other number i recharged Rs699 i am getting speed under 40mbps. You don't have co-ordination we discussed on call

@ViCustomerCare One of the worst customer service they have.. I prefer to all not take vodafone or idea numbers.. they don't know how to behave with customers.. shame on you.
