@DoT_India Two different complaints. You're referring to internet coverage which is resolved now. HOWEVER, Im referring to one complaint in which I applied to premium number, paid ₹500/- to @ViCustomerCare , sim home delivered, but kyc failed and connection cancelled. I NEED FULL REFUND.
