    @ViCustomerCare Unable to activate imessage & FaceTime on iphone13. Trying for the past 7 days but unsuccessful. Contacted @AppleSupport & they confirmed issue with the carrier i.e. VI. When I insert @reliancejio sim it get activated immediately. Fix it or port to Jio. Yr choice.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already applied for porting but rejected as i need to complete 90 days before i can switch network.. 22 oct is the day I’ll be able to get rid of airtel.
