@ViCustomerCare One thing I've been noticing for some time now is that 2G networks are at home? 4G network is showing this thing outside? Why would this thing happen? As many telecom companies as there are, no one has 2G service yet? The only service you have is 2G?

@ViCustomerCare What is this behavior? I have been using Vodafone for the last 10 years at Kolkata and suddenly my connection is cut off without any prior notice or reason? I have sent two mails to the customer care number at Kolkata but they haven't replied. This is not done.

@ViCustomerCare From last few days I’m unable to access the good Internet speed, raised few complaints but no solution till now. Paying 600/- per month and still not getting the service. Let me know if u can help us else better to move to Jio . Mobile no 9871292529
