@ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Pathetic service and policies. I have a balance on my account (prepaid) of more than 1500 Rs. They don't allow me to do a recharge of more than 149 Rs. Provide the legal document I signed mentioning that I won't be allowed to use my money.

@ViCustomerCare The only response from my side will be to no longer recharge so that the service cannot deduct any more money. Without money, you will not be able to activate additional VAS as well. You wanted a cheap way to loot customers, have at it. But don't expect it to happen everytime.
