    @ViCustomerCare iam staying in Navi Mumbai, it's not a remote area, but your internet is too slow it feels like iam using 3G, i tried to be ur loyal customer i didn't change my SIM to Airtel or Jio, but I can't defend you now your network is filled with so many glitches

    Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Since the service is no longer usable due to the porting, I request Vi to process a refund of the subscription amount, including the applicable GST, to my original payment method.
