@ViCustomerCare Hi Mohsin, my vi number is 800700325, my alternate number is 9052577766. I got message on the same day stating that as per my request my connection will be terminated with in 7 working days. Please check with your internal records before putting wrong blame on customer.

@BSNLCorporate I haven't seen any changes to the network yet. If this problem is resolved soon then we really get benefit.Not only this network but the whole city of Naihati the network of this BSNL is very bad. I recently ported in BSNL from @ViCustomerCare due to there price Hike. #BSNL

@ViCustomerCare Without any prior information, you have disabled my number. I tried contacting customer care, but there is no number for an agent. There is no solution available on your website. It is sad to see such a huge company giving bad services. Please resolve this ASAP!!
