Hi @ViCustomerCare iam from Chennai the signal is completely shut off. Your troubleshooting does not work in the vi app it shows it doesn't recognise a sim inserted. Kindly fix the issue asap. In the down detector too it's reported multiple people are facing signal issues

@ViCustomerCare Area-wide network outage again. Since 6 PM till 10:15 PM today, calls failing & data unusable. This is affecting everyone in the locality, not just me. Issue is worse than yesterday. Repeated complaints, no permanent fix. Immediate action needed.
