  @ViCustomerCare Take your SIM before 3 months. Since I planned to go abroad tried to take it through my wife's ID. No success. Forced to take it through my ID. Now SIM damaged. I am abroad. Recharged it for 450 last week. We are in trouble. No help from Vi store. @TRAI

  @Vodafone_Ind @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Please check how airtel is responding . Even if I am not there customer they called me and understood my problem as I am on international roaming they are not able to do MNP. They are not cheating customer like Vodafone Idea doing.

  @ViCustomerCare On first time complain, i get resolution that the "site is fully optimised and running fine". When i again reopen the same complain the resolution is "some technical issues found, will be resolved in 2-3 days".
