I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider. I sincerely hope such rude agents are reprimanded for their behavior when their calls are monitored. Shameful.

Even worse, the delivery agent contacted us and had the audacity to demand ₹150 for a replacement SIM for a faulty one you already delivered! This is daylight robbery & harassment. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻
