    @ViCustomerCare When? I want this to be resolved immediately. This is an incident of pure forgery either by Vi or by the customer representative. Customer rep name is Pratiksha and I spoke to her on 20th June in the afternoon. Never gave any consent for any change in my postpaid plan.

    @ViCustomerCare past 4-5 days your network is acting like anything, calls not going through, the ones going through drop in middle, keep up the service and even the customer shifting to you may drop you like the calls your network drops🤷🤷🤷

    @vodafoneIN v.poor service, has been facing v.slow speed frm last 3 days .. request Vi to pls check why the speed gone so slow in Bandra West ..even normal sites,SM sites doesn’t open.
