    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for the most useless customer care ever. To talk to your customer care I was told by your customer care to get a sim from another service provider. Thank you for the advice I will be now try to change my service provider to anyone else.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS after 1 year of struggling with you guys and finally threatening to port out, I got VAS deactivated on my plan just a month back and now it automatically gets reactivated. I mail your customer service, get a call from your guy (+912067623000)

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia The worst advertisement clips are prepared by Idea and now Vi. All the ads are full of stupidity including last two. Papad and one more. Because of these irritating ads the company has no business and is sinking. Prepare some good ads. Sack your advertising agency.

    @ViCustomerCare This company falsely promotes in tv. VI internet issues. Can't even get 50kbps speed. Raised complaint on VI app too many times at least 8-10 times, still no issues solved from their side. Everytime same answer that we'll solve it. You'll solve it, when?.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send SMS from my idea number. Contacted customer care several times but no proper response. Lodged a complain from Vi app, still no action. Request you to please look into this on high priority.
