    @ViCustomerCare after my complain some one will call on another alternative mobile line and tell that the ZERO network in my area is the BEST and if anything better he will update me. For him ZERO NETWORK IS THE BEST

    @ViCustomerCare I've ported out one of my 4 VI SIM if service not get good in area then I'll port out all 4. Idea Towers are Piece of Sh*t , Vodafone Towers was good but since V and I merged We never got good internet in Area.

    @ViCustomerCare Your services has been become worst than pathetic in our are since 2 months. Despite lots of complaints no action has been taken. VI coustmers is porting to others service providers like @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Your Customer care is nothing but a puppet service. They will call and say we are resolving your issue buy no time limit will be provided. And the issue never resolve. FYI I've already lodged a complain 3 times in last 10 days and that's what I heard everytime.
