    Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

    @VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

    @ViCustomerCare I doubt if you are simply interested in gaining money by manipulating my bill.Every month you are charging me something which I really dont use .Got frustrated with your below low class customer service and repeated same response. Please expect my switch to your competitor soon.

    How absurd and ridiculous? @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT and @ViCustomerCare automatically does an auto recharge feature without customer's consent. Note: Only a few days back, I did a recharge of Rs.155 That recharge value pack was repeated again.

    @ViCustomerCare screen shot not enough. Video send you not possible. You can understand what is your service. Call center agent not available. I don't know tweet is enough for better service??

    What happened? @ViCustomerCare I made a complaint regarding a massive network issue, wherein, I am unable to use the mobile data while in roaming. I was promised a resolution latest by 6:00 PM on 22nd January 2022. However, I didn’t receive any call or assistance whatsoever.

    @ViCustomerCare Never dealt with incompetent and ignorant team . You closed my complant without my approval . Escalate my complaint 4-127076716832. Pathetic service. Worst Network. Unprofessional staff.
