    Dear @VodafoneIN ,I am Staying in #balwana #rajasthan There was big issue related to Network Connectivity at my village,I have called many times to Vodafone service and Many people have complaint about this and there was no action taken by #vodafone related to this issue. #issue

    Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

    @VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

    @ViCustomerCare My old sim developed technical problem. I bought a new replacement sim today evening at 7.10 pm. I was told it takes 30 minutes to activate replacement sim. Service is not activated till now. Please check and inform activation status. Number in DM.

    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    @vicustomercare horrendous service. cannot even get to your customer care agents to lodge a complaint. the ai agent just keeps repeating the same thing. no internet or cellular service since 12 hours now!!!

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare no network in our area already raise complaint no resolution we recharge pay for everyday everyminute then why no network not able to call use network refund the money

    Hi @JioCare, I submitted my @ViCustomerCare to Jio port request on 7 July around 7 PM. KYC is complete, but MyJio still shows "Port-in In Progress". My Vi plan expires on 8 July, and I'm concerned about a service interruption if the process is delayed. @JioCare (1/2)
