Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

@VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

@ViCustomerCare once upon a time Vodafone is a very trusted network provider company but new they can't even get a service. i am getting network and call problem but they even can't take a complete. and they charge some unwanted offers that they forcefully provide me

@TRAI @DoT_India this is the response from @ViCustomerCare regarding data issues..if I'm in my hometown,they say due to the ground floor and inside the house issues persists now I moved to HYD..now they say due to high rise issue persists where do they have no issues????

@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare really disappointed with the service of vi in rajasthan as still internet is not working as other network like Airtel, Jio etc. Had started their services earlier my vi internet is not working i complaint but get no response this is so poor 😡😡

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Vodafone just has a pathetic customer service. I am not able to make calls from my number as my balance has turned to 0 because my main balance is deducting while making a call, even after having an active plan.

@JioCare @ViCustomerCare This vi network is a joke. I am porting to jio thats it. No range for half of the time and people have to whatsapp call me to reach me. And when i ask vodafone about range they tell me we could not reach. This has to be a joke. And dont call my alternate number. Call me.
