    @VodafoneIN I have already shared my details and Vodafone RF engineer visited my place. There is no further update from Vodafone on the issue.

    @VodafoneIN Yes, getting information from your representatives for long that issue will resolve within 5 days, but no development yet. Pls share exact timeline to resolve or clearly say that you don't have capability to resolve connectivity issue.

    @Geeta_Basra @VodafoneIN I have never experienced 4G speed in my area. Sometimes it goes out of network. So taken 2nd SIM of @reliancejio and same is providing proper 4G internet at same place.

    @VodafoneIN Farewell VF. It has been good run for 18 years but I have had enough. Moving to @reliancejio. Your merger with @Idea sucks with pathetic network. Roamfree was only reason to stay and changes to that now suck even more.

    I never get more than 2 signal bars , i have even replaced my SIM recently as suggested by your customer care executive. But it seems that it has not made much difference to the kind of signal strength / quality of coverage. They remain poor as before. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Frustrating. No network since 12 PM. It's happening on a daily basis. Why? While others try to improve and stay afloat in the competitive market, you are sinking yourself. Now, I know why finding a Vi user is soo difficult

    @ViCustomerCare I have port from BSNL to VI but don't know why taken so much time to activation. I am abke to see VI network but calls are not getting connected. I have visiting VI store they also not given the exact activation ETA The UPC for your mobile BZ554322
