@ViCustomerCare It seems vodafone doesn't value my long association with them since 2012 I am using 3 connections and last 3years I am facing network issue and as promised 14th may by 6pm problem didnt get sorted out I will have no but to go for change meaningless to continue

@ViCustomerCare Mistakenly recharged into dad's account instead of mother as their phone digits are same except the last digit. Customer agent doesn't know how to talk. She disconnected the call in between. I would let it pass if it was small reacharge but its a year package.

@ViCustomerCare When there is no response from VI then what is the use indirectly making public as fools moreover VI is such a tallent double dhamaka in making public as fools and finally people should move out from VI to other Network @Airtel_Presence

@ViCustomerCare My 59059 issue solved but still my call drop issue not resolved. At end, VI always tell me you are on low network area hence issue might not solved but I have another VI sim in my house where call doesn't drop at all. @ViCustomerCare Hoping to resolve my call drop issue soon.
