What if the customer don't know how to read the messages or illiterate and the Vi is deducting the money from them with these unnecessary subscriptions causing the balance to be deducted @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare pathetic srvice frm ur side have called 198 regarding complaint bt, getting same response that ur system is dwn n v can't help you. Have been charged wrongfully for informative caller tune of "150 million vaccination". Kindly revert this amt register my complaint.
