@ViCustomerCare very pathetic service provided by their stores. i went to your store for upgrading my 3g sim to 4g network. Customer service executives call &message daily about upgrade your network to 4g free of cost from your nearest store. But on stores reality is different

@ViCustomerCare I'm tired of saying it, but I'm always frustrated by this network. The network where the internet goes down for 2-3 minutes every 2 hours, and where connections to strangers and cross-talk are common. I'm kicking myself for porting to Vi. #DontPortToVi

@ViCustomerCare Posted you the issue number privately. Please Check the complaint history and resolve it if your team is capable of it because the same is not resolved since last November. Team just closes the ticket rather resolving it.
