So @ViCustomerCare doubled my plan charges by just sending me an SMS and without taking informed consent. Each call still takes minimum 3 tries to connect. Now bills are all double/triple of what they used to be. And CC just doesn't want to help. Terrible state of affairs.

@ViCustomerCare My father in law raised multiple complaints for him not being able to call jio numbers from his vi number. Everytime they just change the status of the complaint to resolved without actually resolving. He is still not able to call jio numbers.

Hello @ViCustomerCare I am unable to get Volte on my number, Your app is totally waste as their is no option for tailored complaint, Even though there is no option of on call customer care reach.
