@ViCustomerCare It's been over 24hours & my complaint is not resolved also 4days from the time I have purchased the sim card, number is still not active.. I'm self isolating myself and my family is tested Covid positive on Saturday. Can the number be activated please ? 🙏😭

@ViCustomerCare Mr Anish, iam unable to download whatsapp messages, Facebook, twitter, & unable to access YouTube, I think @KMBirla & your Network department @CTO both are unable to resolve customer's issue, simply neglecting customer complaints. I think I have to portout all our VI connections.
