    @ViCustomerCare Your days are numbered. Going to file a court case against you. It’s been around a week I’m not able to generate UPC just because someone added me in their family add on. Spent hours with customer care but no resolution. Now I don’t care, I’ll see this legally.

    @ViCustomerCare hello there is an inconvenience from Vi services my outgoing service has been cancelled even though i have cleared my balance.also i have been trying to contact all VI services to get back the network but nobody is responding properly everyone is pointing someone

    @ViCustomerCare I am sharing complaint number in image attached. I am literally being harassed to pay for service for which i was charged without asking. Plz look into the matter or else 5 number are getting port to @JioCare.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I didn’t have mobile network from September 11th to October 31st because your staff crashed my sim while I was in rural USA. Now you are asking me to pay the charges for those months. How is that fair, let alone customer care? @VodafoneBiz @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, someone called and tried to convince me that the ₹1000/- I paid is not enough to cover ₹60 + ₹470. And that I have to pay the bill. My bill shows -467.92. I would like to escalate this issue. Also, I don’t mind paying for a maths class for the agent who called me.
