Fake promises make by vodafone.they tell you about the plan and when you agree then they made changes according to them. Also their costumer support is very bad.i have been in airtel for 3 years never face these issues but in vodafone every time i use to suffer. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare hay i am VI costumer no is 8860946639. From approx 6 month there is no network coming at my location while other networks full single connectivity at my location. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis otherwise I have to move some other network.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Last week when I visited Vi Store to convert Postpaid to Prepaid, I was told due to Vi Application Upgrade It could not be done ..Has this been done ? Can Customer go to the Vi Store to have this done at least Now ? Thanks

@TRAI team after opting out(porting) from @ViCustomerCare due to their pathetic service , I got 15 calls in one day from them to not leave and this harrassment should be stopped.
