Text message @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia is turned off even when there is balance in the mobile. It is being forced to recharge at least Rs 129. Very bad service. People are being obstructed.

@DoT_India I already did it and have activated Full DND as confirmed by my Service Provider @ViCustomerCare Vodafone. Yet I keep getting calls. It has been going on from last 2 or 3 months. I have numerous complaint to them regarding this. If possible please audit their DND service

@ViCustomerCare looks like a lot of people are porting from VI to better service providers. And to stop that from happening VI got there network to zero connectivity, so now people can't even send a sms to port. Well played Vi.
