  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @rmstakkar I live in South Delhi n it has been months since I experienced a proper network. So much, I can't even get thru' to 198 to register complaint for almost zero connectivity. Business suffering. Pl take action before I port 4 connections.

  Cell tower with ID 233517946 and area code 34115 is malfunctioning for the past more than 6 months. affecting more than 1000 users but no engineer gives a visit to fix it. Please get this fixed. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India #nonetwork

  @TRAI @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare what a bull **** in Vodafone IDEA you can't send sms even after having sufficient balance. Monopoly of VI to recharge more than rs 129 to send sms. TRAI should take a note of it. Not satisfied with this service condition.
