    @svn_prasad @ViCustomerCare I was the customer for 11 years. They charged me incorrectly so i had to port to Airtek and then they sent me legal notice for not paying pending bill. Such **** @ViCustomerCare is.

    @DoT_India Had raised complaint for bad network to @ViCustomerCare on 28Sept'21 & was promised improvements by 28Dec'21. Further was promised by 01Jan'22. False promises as no improvement has been seen. Can you let me know the process for raising an official complaint with you?
