    @ViCustomerCare This is the exact same copy-paste reply I’ve been getting for 2+ months. No resolution, only calls/messages and then silence. Meanwhile, I’m being charged for a service that doesn’t work. Stop the scripted responses. Fix the issue or process a refund immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Your coverage map does not show 5g signal in Vasai, kindly clarify which part of Vasai has 5g available. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to update my email for the last two days to issue an eSIM to replace my physical SIM. It says insert OTP which is sent on email but I never get the email. Please help. I am on international roaming.

    @CRED_support Just got a call from your support and I've been told to wait for 72 hours more. I demanded for a compensation and was said no. 3 days I have to wait. 3 days my service is inactive. @ViCustomerCare please don't let cred as a platform for recharge. And **** you cred. ********

    @ViCustomerCare Poor Network getting multiple calls from you call centre for the bill payment which I had paid before due date. Totally hopeless service
