    @ViCustomerCare @eircare I am Vodafone customer, reported line down last Thursday am to Eir. Was told it would be restored today and now it looks like end of this week. Eir you should be ashamed.

    @ViCustomerCare - You guys suck.I have called 9 times btwn y'day & 2day to get flash sms disabled & also raised 2 complaints.Everytime,I have to recite the same story & u guys tell me u are not seeing the complaints!U say someone will call back-nobody does!Issue persists&Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare Kerala is one of your leading customer base state, how you can ignore them ?? I stay in Bangalore and frequently travel to Kerala, in banglore too I feel that indoor coverage is worse.For 5g also no timeline given yet, but at least improve on vowifi and indoor 4g speeds.

    @ViCustomerCare My self never want to lose vi... Excellent Coverage.. Really try 4 G 😌 2016 to 2022 my journey with vi really awful.. Remember always stay with vi

    @ViCustomerCare Your internet speed is 0.03 MBPS on 4G, like seriously? This speed I used in 2012 when network provided Edge “E”.I really want to sue on you, but seriously I really don’t want to waste my time! GOODBYE FOREVER VODAFONE IDEA (Vi)

    @Rkarthikeyan95 @ViCustomerCare @JioCare No operator is 100% perfect. But Jio is the worst as of today. Many a times u will have to restart your phone else it will show switched off to ur callers and even u won't be able to make calls.
