  @ViCustomerCare Also please change the script for the customer care persons Many people don't use chrome now so there is no need and no benifits of clearing cache of chrome or resetting the APN Noone change APN and that's not a solution Just saying it many times impolitely doesn't change it

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Stop asking customers to erase evidence. The numbers are Vi numbers used for recorded marketing calls. TRAI and DoT, this is why the spam never stops. Force action.

  When will I get my sim? 12 days are gone still no help from your side at all. Is this how you treat your customer. Remove the fake suspended status from my sim so that I can replace my sim from other store.@ViCustomerCare @ashwini

  @ViCustomerCare 72 hours passed and 4-5 customer calls later, only template lines received with zero commitments kept. Order ID: DCHD26082610651 is unacceptable. Cancel my order and process a full refund of ₹365 immediately. Registering a formal NCH complaint next.
