    Hey .. yesterday i recharged on my number with 349rs..as my sim was not in use since so many days so I recharged but my sim is not showing network..my money was deducted @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @ViCustomerCare the VI network is still down in B.D. Patil Marg, Gavan Pada, Chembur, Mumbai-400074. It's been over 2 days of repeated outages, and there is still no network. Calls and mobile data are not working. Please resolve this issue immediately.

    I am on 5G unlimited data pack. But from 2 days how my data got expired daily from 1.5 GB data while it's always showing 5G on network bar. Solve it or either will port into jio!! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare complimentary 6-month trial ended, the subscription was automatically without any prior notification, explicit consent, or authorization. I strongly object to this practice. At no point did I approve or authorize this amount to be billed to my Vi account. #fail

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked same repeatedly questions. 1. Since when ? Ans. Network problem happens any time any day. 2. Location? Ans. Refer previously given. Note: this is not only location specific or since how long. This is matter of continuing the good network services. @TRAI

    Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @Drnandu_deepu Worst kind of service. No signal and no or very very slow data speed most of the time. Network team is closing complaints with fictitious resolution.
