    But Jaise hi mai batata hu ki issue resolve nahi hua hai. Tum log New complain no. Ke through complain register kar lete ho. Phir kuchh din baad bolte ho ki issue resolve hi gya But issue resolve nahi hota Again process repeat hoti hai. Shameful @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare Last month my DND was changed without permission call centre records say I called & requested. Today callertunes was activated on my so-called request (none made). Vi's security/authentication is broken. Pls fix asap. Simple OTP/sms based confirmn wd fix this.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send/receive any SMS from one of my Vodafone numbers.... Not Even the OTP or the VI app OTP .Please Help me out with this.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing Call issues on My VI SIM for almost 2 months. Everytime I file a complaint, I am told the issue will be sorted within a day or two. After which I get the message saying the issue has been resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare No @ViCustomerCare , I don't want any solution for this as i have no issues except extreme disgust for u. Continue doing these kind of cheap tricks and ur time in India will end very soon.
