In 2006, I joined Idea network. Competitive rates, Great coverage. After merging with @VodafoneGroup service deteriorated. Complaints went unanswered & autoresolved. When @ViCustomerCare came into picture it’s a disaster. Today ported to @airtelindia #FingersCrossed

@ViCustomerCare So today I did what i don't do a lot - I called the other customer. Turns out that, not only do we share a name, we speak the same language too. He says he gave you a different email. And he says he has been trying unsuccessfully to reach your cust. srvc number.

@ViCustomerCare I ported my Airtel no 8294608488 to Vi. But unfortunately I can't use internet in my location because here Vi 4g network comes for very short period in a day, it always shows 3g network.
