    @ViCustomerCare Hello,Your network is hell.On the name of 4g you are giving 2g speed.Its better to sale this company to the other service provider and go back to UK.I am here in india since 18 march 2020.I am facing same issue since the above date.

    I think Vi not give priority of his customers. Now I think time to switch off Vi to other network.I think worst internet service provider in our area. From 2days I want talk with Vi care but they don't received my call. Very poor service provider @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @prashant07_08 Anybody don't use vi.... Calling & internet prblms are so poor.... Bilkuo bakvaas 4g ki jgh ab to 3g or E bna aa rha... Koi call kare to num. Off ya not reachable btata h.

    @ViCustomerCare Hardly working for customer...... Automatically deducting amount from main balance, making fool customer. Not everyone ask for refund due to non awareness. 79 for 28 days now...no msg. Worst service @ViCustomerCare
