    @ViCustomerCare do you have any channel to actually let the customer lodge a complaint? The numbers 198 199 and chat support in your app is useless. You should have reviewed an exhaustive list of complaints before automating complaint resolution through IVR

    @ViCustomerCare ur cst care agents are bunch of liers.. 1st guy told me he tk my complaint regarding call drop n it will resolve within 24hrs..aftr 5days whn I called thm back 2nd guy told me thr some technical issue in my area n he don't know when it will end..

    @Benny_Dayal @ViCustomerCare Well, I have been on this network since its inception and it has gone worst over last many years. They don't even think to compensate for their issues/errors leave the gifts apart. #ViSucks #VodafoneIdeaLimited
