I already sent network and signal diagnostics frm my side, stil they are asking for more! Pathetic cust service and totally unacceptable as these tests are supposed to be performed by the netwrok team after visiting the premises. I use an eSIM-only iPhone, so your delay has left me completely disconnected. Taking a customer’s number and then denying access to the service is a serious failure. Fix this now.
