@ViCustomerCare the worst IVR for mobile phones is of vodafone ! IDEA was much better, could speak to a human. All I want to do is deactivate DND services so I can get all SMS's !! Such a pain it is .. and I cant speak to a human !! I wish someone can help me

@ViCustomerCare pathetic service among all the providers in #India I have bought this new VI number and its not even been a month but the Service is the worst. No netwrk coverage, no interest speed . I should have opted for @reliancejio @JioCare

@ViCustomerCare Never seen a more poorly designed app than Vi for android. Someone needs to tell the team that it needs to do more than just have the yellow ball keep writing Vi.
