    And i am using it since last 10years, this number is linked to my aadhar and all my bank accounts, Can't even get any type of OTP. causing a lot of trouble Please tell me the solution to activate Sim As soon As possible @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Already given the information. Neither assistance call received nor any follow-up msg. Facing network issues since a year, told many times to customer care yet no action was taken. 😖🙏👋

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir this needs to be looked into from a customer's pov. In any case the service of telecom companies is extremely sub par and then these charges as levied by @ViCustomerCare are further burden. 3/n

    @ViCustomerCare Ndtv lifestyle is automatically activated on my VI app and my 25rs are deducted i want it back how can you activate something even without prior asking to customer
