  @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare funny part is both the CS Representative & Supervisor were denied to give Vodafone X account. Told it’s against to their policy. This is a public information thing But they denied. Very bad Bottom line is Vodafone needs to change, otherwise We Do

  Fed up with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered a SIM on 22 Jul with same-day delivery. It’s 25 Jul and still no SIM. Support keeps saying, “Tomorrow.” There’s a Vi Mini Store next to my house but they can’t issue it. If you can’t deliver, stop selling SIMs online with false promises. 😡

  @ViCustomerCare I ordered a new Vi SIM on 25 July 2026, but I still haven't received the SIM or any update/call from your team. This delay is disappointing. Kindly check the status and resolve this issue at the earliest. #Vi #CustomerSupport

  @ViCustomerCare you got the worst 5G network even in the metropolitan cities, iam so frustrated with it, it literally feels like 2G or 3G, iam going to change it now enough of loyalty

  If you’re in Himmatnagar, Gujarat and planning to switch to VI SIM card then don’t do it, it so worse that I’m tired of raising complaints and today their executive applied for sim deactivation without my consent. @ViCustomerCare so pathetic service! Don’t port to Vi

  @ViCustomerCare I want to PORT my number 9643866896 to Airtel. But no one is giving proper response. Reason: Excess charged. Without authorisation. Poor customer service. I am shareholder also. If not resolved will take up in AGM and to trai.

  @ViCustomerCare Every time I call customer care, I'm told, "It will be delivered today/tomorrow," or that my request has been escalated and that the delivery agent will call me. However, I have received no call, no delivery, and no update.

  @ViCustomerCare See I’ll port out my sim to Jio just 38days left in 90days of cool down period, so I request don’t deactivate my SIM card without my consent, i can’t be a customer of such pathetic company but bcz 90 days of cool down period is there else I might not stay 1 sec on vi network
