    @ViCustomerCare i have taken new Sim card by default we should pay for 4months, i paid INR 2000plus taxes, now sim is activated but i am getting calls from other persons who was using the same number, now that guys sim has activated to me now i am facing this issue daily..

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to use unlimited 5G in my home despite being latched to 5G network. I use my phone as hotspot to surf the internet on my laptop. What could be the reason for this and how can I start using unlimited 5G at home?

    I called 198 @ViCustomerCare to report the network issues.However, instead of assuring me that the problem would be resolved,the customer care representative simply told me“You can port your number.”As a customer, such an irresponsible response is truly surprising & disappointing

    @ViCustomerCare shameless thieves. You instantly pocketed my recharge money after 6 months but gave me a DEAD network. No signal at all. Forcing customers to physically visit a store for your backend incompetence is a literal scam. Absolute trash tier telecom. #ViIndia
