@ViCustomerCare I didn't get any solution, took my money and now they are saying that this was the only offer for you, whereas before recharging I was told for 1GB / day in 209 Now we have become thieves that we do not give such offer

@ViCustomerCare I was promised that my refund query will be resolved by 6 pm today but there is no refund. VI , on its own, has closed my complaint - got an sms . Where is the refund ? Amount ? Date ? Your store representative has no clue ! Next escalation will be TRAI.

I am a VI customer for over 10 yrs and recently found @ViCustomerCare again started deducting money from my prepaid no for services which was never activated. I don't know how many customers have been cheated like this already by VI. @TRAI could please take cognizance of it?
