  @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, Today is the tentative date of closure of the ticket KAR-V00753645832. The issue still persists even now. So Pls do not close this ticket saying that my issue is resolved.

  @ViCustomerCare Had a pretty bad experience at the VI store. Wanted to block the stolen sim and get a new issue but the executives talked rudely and even though the store was open having 2 support reps, they didn't have the authority to do it. No wonder people are switching 😑

  @ViCustomerCare Condemn network in Ahmedabad-biggest city of Gujarat. 4G net speed is worst than 2G, it's like bull kart! Planning to port around 20 connections of family. Even @BSNL_GJ will be better for us. @TRAI Intervention requested for pathetic net speed.

  @ViCustomerCare Now I have raised a portout request please ignore .y request.. i was with Vodafone for last 10 years but recent 3 4 months pathetic service experience has forced me to take this decision
