@ViCustomerCare Thanks for responding but such kind of irresponsible attitude is not expcted from such a reputed service provider.Without permission how can such packs are activated. Complaint has already been registered on Vodaphone customer care. Hopefully positive action would b taken.

Vi internet and network is too slow .Vi should do something to improve . internet services depressing. Not even providing basic internet speed. Just retire and be remembered for your services. Don't defame your image. Take care @ViCustomerCare

Hi @ViCustomerCare the network doesn't work in my building.. while, Airtel and Jio are working very good. If you are not looking into this, after my repeated complaints let me know if it's not possible. I shall by happy to Port.

@ViCustomerCare india very poor service of vodaphone I am facing the msg problem in my no. last one month but Vodafone team meking fool to me last one month . they are giving date to date just like court.i hate the vodaphone service.

@ViCustomerCare No action is being taken at the Vodafone Customer Service Center. Complaints are being lodged just for showings related to the network.I would like to appeal that I be provided with a better network so that I can use my recharge.

@ViCustomerCare I'm using Idea no. past 8 9 years, about to port in Jan but customer care say they will resolve issues, still no solution. Mobile internet not working n unable switch from postpaid to prepaid. Worst experience in past few months pathetic, again going to port it.
