    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Sufiyan, Sudeep, Palabi — same script. The issue is public. Vi is allowing marketing calls from regular numbers. Regulators are failing to enforce. Fix it in the open, not in private chats.

    No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @vodafone in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to Customer Care @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare Again ur network has gone to the familiar 1 or 0 bars. We are again not getting any network at different places in our house. Why is this issue happening again and again????
