@ViCustomerCare Hi VI, My whole work is dependent on your internet but whenever there is a power cut in my area along with that VI network also gets cut-off. Which hampers my work a lot and during the current situation of COVID I can't afford to move somewhere else from my hometown.

@ViCustomerCare You guys are deducting amount from senior citizen account on the basis of some "mydala" offer which they had never activated. Even in my case full DND services are activated in account. Then how can you deduct amount and when complained your customer care 1/2

@ViCustomerCare How do the caller tune service get activated on its own? On top of that if we fail to stop ourselves you will be charging 99 rs for the same. This practice should be stopped by the telecom companies.

@ViCustomerCare Your executive Payal calls me with barely knowing the case details and is then lodging a complaint to tell me it will be resolved in 24 hours ! What a brilliant service!! What was not resolved in last 7 days will happen in 24 hours !
