    @ViCustomerCare now I understand why you are loosing your customers. For a Postpaid customer you start calling daily 5 times before due date. Creating unnecessary nuisance. Finally customer no choice but to left your base.

    @ViCustomerCare My area has very inconsistent 4G network, and no 5G network even tho my city has Vi 5G

    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

    @ViCustomerCare dear sir SRK is on Vi is coming and no net is working . My mother also have Vi sim and I have also so both showing same and net not working Please fixed it

    @ViCustomerCare Hi @ViCustomerCare We want you presence in this location Basava Colony, Belagavi, Karnataka, 590010 is the pin code. You don't have good coverage in this location. Come to this place. Willing to port to your network from @airtelindia as they are charging too much now days.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @vicustomercare can you just look at pin code 508218 there is no indoor coverage, The main drawback was Vi indoor coverage please quickly fix it otherwise we switch to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare My IR did not work during entire trip so why should I pay. Your customer service contacted on me whatsapp & I could connect because I was on hotel WiFi. I have screenshots of entire convo with person where I have taken all steps & still IR did not work @TRAI @jagograhakjago
