    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we had this same problem for which i kept complaining for one month in April. Finally after hundred calls to your customercare we received one call from the technical team and the issue was resolved by them. 7 days later we have the same issue again. This is unacceptable.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare if it gets played for 1st time it is completely acceptable. For eaach and every call if this audio playing which is completely not acceptable. If it is the government instruction is should be applicable to all network operators. I dont see this with Airtel & jio

    @ViCustomerCare it’s been weeks now and still you haven’t responded to my issue ! I had Complained 5 Times ! And Now It’s Becoming A Big Problem For Me ! Am Goin To Port My Sim ASAP and Gonna Tell My Family,relatives and as well as friends to port their sim to another provider!
